PARK VIEW LUXURY HOTEL — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

We had our stay in the hotel on 28 Aug to 31 st August. The room was moderately clean and they just adjusted the sheets in the name of cleaning during our stay. We were ok with overall cleanliness and didnt mind much. We had no issue till check out. We had a flight early morning so we checked out at 4.00 am. The story starts here. We didn’t have anything to pay so we just handed the keys and started to go out. But the manager asked us to wait as he wanted to check the room. This was ok with us. We waited as the room attendant went to check room. As he went up .. immediately the manager received a call from him saying there was stains on the sheets. We said we have checked and no stains or any dirt was there. To this the attendant came with the sheets and showed us 2-3 blood stains of a small rice grain size.

Immediately we understood their scam of fooling the customers. Obviously there was no chance of having any stains from us. And while staying in the room, we could not find any stain which the attendant could find in just less than 30 seconds??? How is it possible for someone to find such a tiny stain in no time ? ?

We didn't pay anything...

Helo every one ! My name Jade Chatterton. I came from wa of Western Australia. Over 6 weeks ago I went to vietnam in Saigon for holiday. Before I was leaving I told to my self that I will find 1 hotel just tay for 3 days only to see how it going. Then after that I'll look other hotel better.

But , on the first day when I was there . all the staffs made me feel very comfortable and 3 days later I decided to stay for a nother months.

The room is very clean , convenient location. 2 owners are friendly and staffs are helpful. They help me alots as after long years I haven't been back. Lot's of things I didn't know. I am so happy with this hotel . I will be back here in the future. Thank you very much for 2 owners and all the staffs. Thank you for everything ❤️ all the best to you...

Rooms were basic but tidy and clean, nice shower. However, during our stay, there was no running water for a while.

The reason I am giving 3 stars though, is the absolutely unfriendly staff. We were not yet dressed when cleaning personnel came into the room and they did not want to leave until they had cleaned. 24/7 service also does not work in practice, as night receptionist was asleep and got mad at me for waking him up to get into my room. They did not want to hand out more than 1 roomkey, so this was our only option. At checkout they wanted us to pay extra for the sheets that had a chocolate stain, which is very easy to wash out.

As the location is good and price is reasonable I get why someone would stay here, but just do not expect any kindness, service or “luxury”...
