Awesome Hospitality 😇!
Poor food options ☹️.
We and two elderly friends who are handicap, went to the George Strait concert. We were concerned about finding handicap parking because our friends use walkers to get around, so cannot travel far distances. I was going to drop the group off close and search for parking. Even though I was in the Corps and Class of ‘86, we arrived early to acclimate to the changing campus. After a few passes around Kyle Field, the streets unexpectedly were closed for public safety. Fortunately the Security Personnel had an organized plan for the public. We presented the handicap placard for our friends. We were directed to the multi level parking garage across the street from the stadium. Since we were so early, we were able to pay and park on the 1st level.
I gave a tour of the MSC to the group and waited for the admission process to begin. Unfortunately we discovered that the cafeteria and other food venues were closed 😒. After seeing some of the disrespect others were showing the memorial facilities, I could understand not wanting to clean up other’s mess. Thankfully the MSC was clean and comfortable. Snacks from the bookstore were not appetizing.
Once the admission process began we went through an organized and respectful security process. Again we were concerned that the handicapped friends were going to have to walk the inclines to the top level 😕.
Ahh, NO! 🤩 The Great Staff escorted our friends to the elevators to ride up to the top level. As we turned to leave to walk towards the inclines, the Staff insisted that we stay with our friends 😍. Once on the top level we went to our section. I went to see how high up our seats were, steep clime, 😅. By the time I returned down to the group, Other Attendants had directed our handicap friends to an area where they could use their walkers to seat down in a secure and safe area. 😇
My wife and I went to find some passable food and drinks. Expensive and not good we found something to get by. The concert was great. For the most part everyone was respectful. After the concert we waited for the crowd to depart then worked our way back down. We thanked all the Staff Members for the great assistance. We were allowed to ride down in the elevator with our friends. We returned to our vehicle and again followed the well organized departure procedure.
Our elderly friends had never been to an event as grand so we’re very appreciative of the assistance.
As a former student and a member of a dedicated Aggie Family, I was extremely proud of the experience. When my parents would make the 4 hour weekend trips up in the late 80’s, they too were treated with respect by not only University Staff but by members of the community.
WELCOME TO AGGIE LAND!
The Tradition continues.

Kyle Field is hands down amazing. There is plenty of directional signage. The quantity of gates and the wide ramps make entering and exiting flow smoothly and quickly. Efficiency at its best.
My one complaint and it's a major one....if for those that have a physical handicap. I am grateful for the handicap seating, but it's lacking in handicap parking and access to the stadium. There is 1 parking lot that has maybe 9 spaces reserved for handicap parking. It's still quite a hike for someone physically challenged. The next options are the 2 garages. One of them is pre-paid and was sold out. The other was full. There needs to be a parking lot close to the field that is designated handicap parking or a large portion of it. Entry into the stadium, another issue. Elevators on 1 end corner of the stadium and 1 on the opposite end corner. This means that from parking areas, you have to basically walk the whole length of the stadium and the some to get to an elevator. There are escalators if you walk a little further, go thru the gate, and weave thru the line guides like at 6 Flags. By the time you do this and get to your seats, you're worn out.
C'mon A&M, you can do better than this. There are a lot of elderly Aggie Former Students and supporters along handicap students, former students, and supporters who support Aggie Football. Come up with more adequate parking and access for everyone. Whoop! Gig Em!

Looking forward to the 2024 rivalry comeback. Go Aggies!
I’m here today at Kyle Field, one of the most iconic stadiums in all of college football, soaking in the incredible atmosphere as the sun sets. The stadium may be quiet now, but you can already feel the energy building up for the highly anticipated 2024 rivalry game between Texas A&M and the University of Texas. It’s not just a game—it's the return of one of college football’s greatest rivalries, and the Aggie spirit is stronger than ever.
Kyle Field, with a seating capacity of over 100,000, truly comes alive on game day, with the roar of the 12th Man and the electric atmosphere that makes this place special. I’m already getting pumped for the upcoming matchups, especially the showdown with LSU and the historic clash with Texas on November 30. This stadium is a symbol of Aggie pride, and being here today just reminds me how much this place and its traditions mean to the fans and the community.
If you’re an Aggie or just a college football fan, this is the place to be. Can’t wait to see the field packed, the 12th Man in action, and experience the unforgettable energy that only Kyle Field can deliver. Gig 'em

But this place to watch a football game and the best fans I have seen that goes so well with the come Rotter he at this university. This is coming from a Baylor bear graduate who attends games with family members that all went or currently go to this university and to Kyle Field to watch the Texas A&M football team play. We are in the suites behind the Endzone and some of these pictures and there are so nice and it’s just a blast to be there and we’ve even had the pilots that fly over this Kyle field stadium on game days come to our sweet and enjoy some food or something to drink. They were very kind and talk to my son Who like the rest of the males in my family including myself all love to fly and have flown before. I doubt the videos will upload but if you do get to see them they are amazing and you will learn that does soundproof windows are useless and it is so loud even in the sweets during huge games like the double overtime win against Tennessee where people rush the field that I have a video of as well as reveille, the schools dog lead the football team out before the game.

Whoop! What a football game at Kyle Field! It has always been a fun-filled experience for us. There is so much excitement and positive energy surrounding the Aggie Football games at Texas A&M. I meet so many nice and friendly people at TAMU. I highly recommend you come experience an Aggie Football game for yourself! Arrive early! Attending the Midnight Yell the night before the game is an experience in itself! At the Yell Practice you run through the Aggie Cheers, so you are ready for game day! Once you buy your football tickets, be sure to plan parking or transportation for the game. And arrive early on game day to watch march in with the Cadet Corps and Aggie Band before seeing some great Aggie Football. Gig’em!

Aggieland Safari in Bryan, Texas is such a fun place to visit! Not only is there a walk through section where you can feed the giraffes, but there is also a drive through where you can feed many other animals right out of your car. This is the perfect place to take the kids this summer. Be sure to add it to your bucket list. #texas #adventure #roadtrip #bucketlist #vacation #travel #traveltiktok

We visited on July 11th,2019.
Entrance to the zoo is inviting. I love that you are able to pay and get buckets of animal feed for the drive-through portion without getting out of the car. Buckets of food are only $5 each. They also give military discounts (we appreciate your appreciation of our daughter's service!)
You can tell that the safari is still new - a lot of the animals are still skittish. They aren't used to coming up to the cars yet. Some are, though. I saw some reviews that rated negatively because the animals popped their heads in the vehicles?! They are wild animals at a drive-through safari. What else would you expect??? Most of the animals weren't aggressive. The zebras were extremely curious. It could be because the car in front of us was feeding them despite the "stop feeding the animals here" sign 🙄 they were just curious, though. It was a fun interaction. I'm thinking we probably would've had more interaction from the rest of the animals if we would've gone in the morning before the heat of the day kicked in.
After the drive-through safari, there's a place to park to visit the rest of the zoo. There we were able to purchase lettuce to feed giraffes and tortoises ($10/bucket). They have a giant covered pavilion with tables and chairs. You can walk through the rest of the zoo to see the remainder of the animals - some are indoors (aviary, reptiles, small tortoises, etc.) and the rest are outdoors (hippos, kangaroos, warthogs, monkeys, the list goes on...) There's also a large playground if you have small children who need to run off some energy.
My two reasons for rating 4 stars instead of 5 are:
1) there were 2 Aggieland Safari buses RIGHT behind us during the drive-through and it made it feel like we were being rushed through it at times. We even tried to pull off to the side to give them room but they wouldn't go around. If we're paying like $100 for our car to drive through the safari, we'd like to not feel rushed, thanks! 🙂
2) I wish there was more signage telling us more about all of the animals! Maybe this is still in the works since it's so new? I'd love to revisit in 6-12 months to see the difference.
RECOMMENDATION: please put hand washing/sanitizing stations near petting zoo and feeding areas!
Overall worth the visit. We had a good time and would definitely go again.
