This place use to be the best steak burgers but since new management took over, food quality has become poor. I ordered a steak burger 2 Fridays in a row and both weeks the steak was not cooked and the cut had lots of fat on it. I went to complain to the manager last Friday and he said it was my fault that the steak was not cooked as I asked him to cut the burger in half? that's ridiculous? he blamed me for his staff not preparing it correctly. actually he was the 1 that prepared it. I was then told he did me a favour by cutting it in half as they charge a $1 to cut the burgers? What nonsense? why would you charge to cut something? after trying to explain to the manager how could it possibly be my fault, he said oh on Fridays we busy so that's why it might not have been cooked. So how does being busy and the steak not being cooked becomes my fault? RIDICULOUS. all I wanted was an apology which unfortunately I never got. a simple sorry and It would have been over. I did not even ask to get compensated for the 2 meals which I threw in the bin. ABRA WRAPS manager you disappoint me. I wont be seeing you again...

And instead of reading the history of bad reviews from many other customers on their shop, and acting on it, improving service and staying humble, the owner finds it easier to read the history of reviews that reviewers made on other shops and arrogantly believe that it is never their fault. Simply appalling. That's why one thing is for sure = Always trust Google reviews.
Update: Very arrogant and sarcastic reply from the owner, comparing the delays with toilet queues, instead of apology. Simply appalling.. River fire night is not an excuse for such an behavior. Looks like most reviews are right about this shop and it's arrogant owner.
Original: 30 min wait for this. Totally forgot my order even though I asked at least 6-7 times. The customer in front and behind me left like 20 min ago. In the end the order was not even printed and sent to kitchen. I am not the only one. Many disgruntled customers...

Initially the food quality and quantity was great. However for the last three visits, there food quality has gone down and the quantity has also reduced. Initially i couldnโt even finish the small snackpack and now its just finished with very less chicken, almost no sauce (todayโs order). Todayโs order, the server did put in the sauce but was just a small swirl. Enough to cover just 3-4 chips while the chicken was dry.
Also i have seen that they serve various quantity to different customers, saw it happening atleast thrice with myself and others. The quantity in my last three orders has been going down and down only.
I hope the owners see the issue and understand that each customer is equal and paying the same amount.
