Used to eat here a lot some time ago but the service and quality has changed significantly for the worse. Not what it used to be. Early June 2025, weekend lunch. Serious lack of interest to seat us (2), then had to gain someone’s attention for an order to be taken. Asked for table water, acknowledged yes…. Then had to get up a while later and ask again at the counter where I was met with zero care factor - told me to lean over the bar/counter and grab it all myself???? One dish turned up, my friend practically ate all hers with mine nowhere to be seen. Went to the counter again after a while to ask where my order was at. They checked and told me nothing more was ordered, I said ‘yes there is…. Here’s the order sitting on your screen in full view on the table order’, then got told they’ll inform the kitchen. Not impressed by now because 30mins had passed since we sat down. Seems the order either didn’t even make it to the kitchen or the kitchen wasn’t looking at the incoming orders??….. finally got my food after my friend had finished hers, and it looked smashed together in a hurry. Went to pay, the staff were busy talking to each other and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. She rang it up while still on full conversation with other staff…. didn’t even ask how the food was let alone offer any small sorry for the delayed food order or error with timeliness. She showed me the bill while still facing her boss in full conversation (Ie not even addressing me). Kept talking to her boss while I’m trying to sort the payment. It was as if I wasn’t even standing there. Really!?
Shocking service and care factor. There was only around 10 customers in the place, so very baffling as to why we had such a terrible experience and the food didn’t even make up for it. Very average dishes. Other recent reviews seem to say the same. We were a transaction with dollars and nothing more. Worst experience of eating out in years. So many other great Asian food choices up and down the road, so I definitely won’t...
Read moreComing here on a weeknight for dinner was somewhat disappointing. It might have been because we ordered one plate each for ourselves (caucasian style) and therefore went straight to the fried rice/noodle section.
I ordered a seafood stir-fried noodle expecting it to be thin noodles but was given egg noodles. I'm pretty sure the menu said it was fried ramen noodles or 海鮮炒麵. So the presentation was not what I was expecting.
The "seafood" portions were a few pieces of shrimp and squid, were bland and without flavour. The squid tasted like rubber and the prawns were not much better.
The restaurant also ran out of coconut milk when we were there. I had initially ordered a drink with coconut milk. The waiter came over and said that they couldn't make the order and asked if I'd like to order something else (without giving me a drinks menu).
We had a group of 6 people and ordered the milk tea hotpot. When it arrived, we had to ask the waiter for bowls, and we were asked how many bowls we wanted. Some things don't need to be said... The restaurant ran out of dry ice and it seems like some toppings were missing as well.
A friend of mine ordered soya sauce fried noodles but it came out with the sauce not being evenly distributed, making the noodles bland in some areas and too salty in others.
Restaurant was clean and tidy but table seats towards the back were a bit squished which made walking in between tables a bit of a hazard.
Overall, expected a lot more but was...

My family and I visited this restaurant specifically for dessert, drawn in by what seemed like tempting, albeit expensive, options at around $19 per dish. Unfortunately, the experience was far from sweet. From the moment we arrived, customer service was almost non-existent. The staff appeared disengaged and uninterested in their work. We ordered two desserts, one of which came with an elaborate, and ultimately unnecessary, dry ice presentation. During this "show," the staff member carelessly poured boiling water onto the dry ice, splashing a significant amount onto my lap and narrowly missing my sleeping toddler. What was more alarming was the complete lack of apology or interest from the staff in rectifying the situation. Further adding to the sloppiness, the coconut milk for the dessert was poured haphazardly, causing spills. The desserts themselves were a letdown. Despite the high price tag, the portions were small, and the desserts were excessively sweet, ultimately not justifying the cost. When I went to pay, I voiced my concerns about the unnecessary dry ice gimmick, suggesting they focus on providing good food that offers value and efficient service – qualities I believe most customers prioritize. Overall, I regretted trying these expensive desserts. The combination of poor service, a dangerous incident, and unappetizing food makes this a place I...
