📍Sayram, South Brisbane I feel so excited to visit this Xinjiang restaurant with my friend🥹 Luckily, we arrived early on a Friday night because there was a long line after around 6 pm. We were amazed by the options on their menu.
We both love spicy dishes. It is very thoughtful that we could pick the spicy level and the noodle type. You could also request no leek or coriander as well.
Braised beef noodles ~ mild spicy with thinner noodle $18.8 We were both amazed by how good the noodles taste. You could really see they are handmade and they are not too soft or hard to chew. Not to mention how tender the meat was.
Chicken Wings Platter $30 Now this was the main character of the night. Look at the presentation and the side dishes. It comes with rice, salads and their xinjiang bread with 2 dips. I think the pink one is the red hummus and the white one is the caciki. Both are a delightful experience to enjoy.

Read morehad an incredible dining experience at this Uyghur restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with traditional decor that made the place feel authentic and cozy.
The food was absolutely amazing — full of rich flavors and cooked to perfection. The laghman was perfectly chewy and flavorful, and the handmade naan was fresh and soft. I also tried the kawap (Uyghur kebab), and it was juicy, tender, and perfectly spiced.
The service was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell they really care about both the food and their customers.
If you’re looking to try something different and delicious, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy more of their...
Read moreThis new Uyghur restaurant is such a gem. The food tastes incredibly fresh and authentic — the kind of flavor you only get when it’s made with real care and tradition. The noodles are perfectly hand-pulled, the lamb is tender and seasoned beautifully, and the spices are balanced in that classic Uyghur way: rich, warm, and full of depth without being heavy.
The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and you can tell the owners really put their heart into the place. It feels homey — like you’re eating a meal made with love, not just something cooked quickly.
