Momo Chicken — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I recently visited Momo Chicken South Bank and had a delightful experience that left me thoroughly satisfied. The restaurant's vibrant and fun atmosphere immediately caught my attention, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

The menu at Momo Chicken is extensive, offering a variety of Korean fried chicken flavors that cater to different tastes. Me and my mates arrived at the outside table 28 we tried to order to the QR code on the table which supposed to purposely made your order express and made the service easy , However, upon ordering to their ordering platform it will only take you to say to pay it to the counter not knowing that we will not gonna get a confirmation email like what they had before that your order is already been made ! God forbid we only just order 3 minutes ago then we went into the counter to pay.

The exciting part upon paying it into the counter we have to pay $123 plus which we are both shock about the price of food that we order ( because it didn’t show up into the ordering platform and also a confirmation email) a lady ask me and my mate to “confirm our order again before paying it “

What she response about is when it is already made we cant cancel it which is reasonable. But what funny is our food is being made after ordering and confirming in the counter within 3 minutes.

We eat here with my mates and team mates most of the time but tonight service was really terrible!

Instead of addressing it in the right way that we will feel valued but it went it bad although you refund about $23 , the feeling who are tired and hungry which a go through place everytime change it and lead it to disappointment

Was looking for a bite to eat around South Bank area and stumbled across Momo Chicken. They had a great selection of chicken & sides and seeing the delicious dishes coming out made us want to give it a try. We ordered 2 rice bowls, chicken bites, mozzarella sticks & fries and were told 15 minutes, which we thought would’ve been about 20mins anyway as their dine-in was quite full. We waited around 35 minutes before asking if we missed our name being called out. We were told it would only be another 5 mins. We ended up waiting around 45-50 minutes in total & when we arrived back at our hotel, our chicken bites weren’t there and instead we had some sort of loaded fries.
