It is a priviledge to have James roasting and serving up coffee in Fremantle; he is so knowledgeable and yet humble, willing to share his know-hows. He even showed us and explained why he has a whole water filter, reverse osmosis and mineralisation setup! I am impressed, I don't think there are many coffee places with such setups. I also noticed his coffee kiosk is Shining and Spotless. Not because there is no clientele, but it is part of his mantle.. clean beans, clean water, clean machines, clean extractions, clean coffee..

I love filter coffee, and in particular batch brew coffee for the sheer convenience of getting a delicious cup quickly. T.O.P roast their own beans and serve it up superbly.
