(Burger) Crispy Chicken ($13.9): Originally, I wanted to order Spicy Chicken, which cost $16.9 and contained bacon, spicy pickles, lettuce, tomato, and cheese. All of these 5 things are the things I don’t want except for the bacon. Therefore, the cashier told me to order this one which only contained lettuce and tomato and the sauce can be replaced with spicy the spicy sauce, so I saved 3 dollars thanks to him. Down to business, the spicy mayo they have is so much tastier than KFC’s and the crispy level of the coating is quite good as well. The buns are also fresher and softer than KFC’s. As a result, I start to prefer this one to KFC Zinger.

(Ice Cream with) Chocolate Hazelnut Donut ($6): The donuts are greatly cut and taste so good with the vanilla ice cream, which has been an extraordinarily delicious dessert among all the fast food restaurants so far. No any desserts in McDonald’s, KFC, Hungry Jacks/Burger King, and Mos Burger can beat this delightful dessert.

Furthermore, the large (650ml) and small (440ml) soft drinks cost $5.5 and $4.5 for each, respectively. They do also sell each milkshake for $8.5, each wine for $13, and each cider or beer for $9.

In conclusion, Crispy Chicken Burger with spicy sauce here turns out more delicious despite the prices are higher than KFC’s. The service and hygiene here are also greater, and whenever you want to pick up your meal, you take the restaurant pager instead of a number paper to pick up your mains and my dessert was brought to my table by a staff later. Feels like an upscale McDonald’s with above average burgers and chips. Service is good and the atmosphere is vibrant and fun. So, lets break it down…

Atmosphere: * Very well-presented store, bright and colourful with a very fun and happy vibe to it.

Customer Service: ** You were greeted with a smile and directed to your table – no table service unfortunately, you do need to order at the counter when you are ready and when the order is complete you will be handed a beeper to collect it. Both representatives who directed us to the table and took our order were very happy and willing to assist in anyway possible. The food was cooked within about 7-10 minutes.

Food (Why we are here): ** Order: Betty’s Double (with Betty’s special sauce) and chips The Burger: To be honest, this is a heavy burger. It was tasty but very fatty and greasy, I was exceptionally hungry but the flavour of the fat and greasy was almost all I could taste at the end of it. High recommend if hung over or finishing a big night. 😊 Chips were well cook but not the best.

Ordered a couple of burgers and shakes, after 10 minutes, I went to the counter just to ask if we could have the drinks before the food and got a really harsh response from Andrea(the manager) that told me to sit down and chill and I'd have my drinks with the food... Came back to my table and I could see her mistreating the staff like they were her slaves, mainly the juniors.... We got our burgers and wanted some tomato sauce for the chips and burger.... I needed to go to the till and being mocked about the till being closed.. I couldn't have TOMATO SAUCE for chips even willing to pay for it ... Anyways... This Andrea, which may have one of her first shifts as a manager or supervisor, have ZER0 costumer service skills and made not only the tomato sauce situation ridiculous and embarrassing as it could be, but treated all the Junior staff that were there doing their best with no instructions.... After a 50 dollar bill to have dinner and being denied Ketchup from the manager is ridiculous..... Hopefully someone in senior management will see this review and take...
