The service at this particular McDonald’s was notably lacking. Upon entering, I noticed that the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. The cashier took an unusually long time to process my order, and when I asked for a drink refill, the response was delayed and unenthusiastic. The lack of promptness and the staff’s apparent disinterest in providing a satisfactory customer experience were disheartening. This poor service not only extended my wait time but also dampened my overall mood. The food quality was another significant issue. The burger I ordered was cold and lacked the expected freshness. The fries were soggy and tasted as if they had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. The taste and texture were far from what one would expect from a McDonald’s meal. The poor quality of the food was a stark contrast to the brand’s reputation for consistency and quality, leaving me feeling cheated and unsatisfied. The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally disappointing. The dining area was cluttered with dirty tables and chairs, and the floors were not cleaned properly. The air was filled with a mix of greasy odors and the faint smell of cleaning chemicals, which made the dining experience unpleasant. The lighting was dim and the overall ambiance was gloomy, which did not contribute to a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, my visit to this small McDonald’s was marred by poor service, subpar food quality, and an uninviting atmosphere. The experience was a stark reminder that even well-known brands can fall short of expectations when the basics of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness are neglected. It is imperative for such establishments to prioritize these aspects to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain...
Read moreSomething needs to be done about your staff. I understand most employees are "young" people but there's plenty of other fast food chains employing young staff who work for their wage! I visited a few times but last weekend was the cherry on top : after placing my order, I waited within a few meters from the pick up area...the restaurant had barely a handful of customers...then this young woman called out a number barely whispering. I looked at her and waited for her to speak louder as other people were waiting but no! She barely whispered a number twice then shrugged and walked away. So I walked to the counter and said which number is that ? She barely made eye contact and seemed annoyed i was asking. I picked up my food and told her she needed to be louder so we knew what to pick up or not. Turns out she didnt give me my drinks so I came back around and said excuse me can I please get my drinks ? Then her attitude was so bad (another lady behind me waiting in line looked at me in disbelief!) I asked her "are you okay?" Which she responded "yeah.....are you okay?" And I basically told her I am! But im not the one working !
The manager barely older than her was staring at us!!!!!
It may be McDonald but loads of people wants to work and earn a wage and put effort in their work. To have someone who clearly dont want to be there and lack social skills at the counter is a real put off !!!! Teach your staff basic customers...
Read moreThis is by far the worst McDonald's!!! I've been there 3 or 4 times and each time, the waiting time is crazy despite few customers. Today, at 3pm, after almost 10 minutes of waiting to be served at the cash register (because only one machine was working), I finally left. I was able to observe the staff working during this time. A young man was running around in all directions, a woman in her forties too while another woman (not dressed in McDonald's attire) as well as the manager were chatting and laughing while making pretend gestures like grabbing fries, looking at the screen while holding an empty pocket. I stayed almost 10 minutes watching them while waiting for someone to come and take my order. I can't blame the only 2 people who were really working but I am angry with these two lazy women who are disrespectful of customers and their employer, who should change jobs. The manager who does not set an example while the others are really working and could have used help. I left for the Tweed McDonald's even though it took me longer and was not on my route. I strongly advise against yours. And another really notable thing: this McDonald's is still...
