I've had the pleasure of visiting Rhapsody Beachside Cafe for breakfast four times now, and each visit has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience.
The food at Rhapsody Beachside is simply delicious. Whether you opt for the classic bacon and eggs or the refreshing granola with fruit, each dish is prepared with care and attention to detail. The flavors are vibrant, and the presentation is beautiful. It's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft, and it truly shows in every bite.
One aspect that truly sets Rhapsody apart is their exceptional coffee. The baristas here are masters of their craft, consistently delivering outstanding cups of coffee. Whether you prefer a smooth latte or a strong espresso, you can trust that your coffee will be expertly brewed and bursting with flavor.
But it's not just the food and coffee that make Rhapsody Cafe shine; it's the incredible service provided by the staff, particularly Juliana and Mia. From the moment you enter, they make you feel like a valued guest, going above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is memorable. Their attentiveness, knowledge, and friendly demeanor truly enhance the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, Rhapsody Beachside has earned my highest recommendation. With its delicious food, outstanding coffee, and impeccable service, it's a place where you can indulge in a delightful breakfast experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor to the Gold Coast, be sure to make Rhapsody Cafe a part of your dining itinerary. You won't be...
Read moreI ate here a few times while I was staying with my mate who owns an apartment in Rhapsody. He's not big on cooking and I'm big on eating-out when on holidays. I had two breakfasts here and a couple of take-away coffees. This was September, 2023. The first breakfast I had was is the big breakfast (see my photo). It was good and came out in a suitable time even though there were not many people seated (20% capacity at best). Yeh, I enjoyed that meal a lot. So, I came back. Well... The second breakfast was the Bam Bam. Yeh, good hey. However, it and my friend's ham/cheese croissant took ages (read: 15+ minutes) - certainly, the people that came after us by 5 minutes got their complex meals before us... even though I saw ours on the serving station at the same time. Staff-to-customer ratio at that breakfast was 1:2 at most, at most. And we got a latte instead of a flat white (also took ages). So, I dunno what to say. I can't not say such things in these reviews. However, yeh, that first breakfast was a real pleaser.
Edit: (25.02.2025) Ordered a take-away large flat white with no froth and two sugars. $7. Was a tad nervous bc welcome to me buying coffee, Ive had bad experiences. And that is exactly what I got: flat white no froth! Hot too! Perfect. I wish other baristas at other cafes understood that "no froth" means no...
Read moreJust popped down to this cute little cafe for a coffee and a couple of chocolate milkshakes (takeaway) whilst visiting from Melbourne. Staff serving were really lovely and very kind. Wasn’t sure where to wait for the takeaways because there was no designated area. When the milkshakes were ready, I collected the order with my 4 year old son and waited near the front. Not sure who the lady was (manager or owner), but she approached me to ask if I needed help and told her I was waiting for my coffee, she then snapped at me to wait outside as I was confusing the customers on where the line was and who had been served! Firstly, there was no designated area to wait and secondly no-one should ever be spoken to in a tone like that, especially in front of my young child. They way she spoke to her staff was equally as rude and everyone deserves respect. I paid $16 for all 3 drinks which I could have easily spent elsewhere. While the coffee was lovely and the milkshakes too, the attitude of that lady left a very sour taste. Lighten up and be happy, it takes more muscles to frown and be grumpy then it does to smile...
