I visited Sweetbrew Coffee House in Launceston this past weekend and was truly impressed. This cafĆ© deserves to be ranked among the top 10 in the city ā from the excellent service to the beautifully presented food that looked straight out of a photo shoot. Everything felt harmonious and thoughtfully crafted.
As a big Dirty Chai lover, I had to try theirs. At Sweetbrew, they serve it differently: the milk and espresso shot are brought separately to the table, already infused with the chai herbs. Personally, I found the flavor a bit stronger than what I'm used to ā but thatās just my personal taste.
Overall, it's absolutely worth a visit ā especially for anyone who appreciates quality coffee, delicious food, and a...

sweetbrew is unique: thereās no wall dividing it from the st. lukes office on the other side of the room, which makes it feels more āopenā in the same way that youād think an airport cafe feels āopenā.

OK. I had to start with that. Just had to. My first visit here and I had the Sweetbrew Bun because a) my wife wanted it herself, and b) I really could not see those flavours working, piquing my curiosity. Grilled halloumi, eggs, tomato, tomato relish, mesclun, siracha ailoli. No way. I was soooo wrong. My first bite was fireworks. Brilliant. Whoever put that recipe together was very clever. Yes, a messy eat with fingers, but that just made it all the more tactile for me.
Onto more pragmatic matters, it's a spacious cafe, the staff are really friendly, they make their own buns and the atmosphere is chilled.
Love it. A must visit...
