Hungry Jack's Burgers Albury — Restaurant in New South Wales

We went into hungry jacks for food on the long drive home to Victoria. The tables were sticky and the floor was greasy, not to mention the service was absolutely horrible. The workers were so rude. There was only one worker that was nice to customers who was a young boy working on both registers and food. There was only about 4 workers working, two of which were arguing the whole time and the other two had to run the whole restaurant by them selves. We waited 35 minutes for cold, dry food and bad service. They also turned the lights off in the car park before the store closed so We could not see where we were going and had to use my phone flashlight to find my car. I am definitely not impressed with the horrible customer service and will not be coming back to this...

Went through the D/T yesterday afternoon and only grabbed 2 large chips. Should have been an extremely simple thing right? Pulled over the side of the road before leaving and checked the chips and they were only half full. Wife went in and was greeted with the worst attitude from the young staff. “I made it so it’s good” seems to be the same one liner all these kids have and yet aren’t being held accountable. Thankfully the manager stepped in and actually gave us what we actually paid for but not without being snooty about it themself. You’d think after getting a newer store they’d work on their customer service better, but that’s not the case here anymore. Train your staff to be professionals, not ignorant...

as per most fast food chains, this hungry jacks is no different, the food is more or less the same no matter which one you're at / the refillable cup is a bigger winner over mcdonalds for me / don't usually have to wait long to be served, and meal usually doesn't take very long, in fact, perhaps as fast or faster than mcdonalds nowadays / plenty of places to sit / never overly noisy, as is the case at some mcdonalds, especially immediately after school / usually has daily newspaper / a nice place to sit and take your time and eat your burger while reading the newspaper / only toilet cubicle, but it it usually kept fairly clean, and has paper towel to dry hands as...
