Terrible. Worst Nandos I’ve been to in the whole of Australia and the world (I’m a pilot and travel a lot). From the moment of walking in, I stood at the counter for 5min whilst the staff were having a chat and going on with their business, paying no attention to customers. Helped myself to a table and ordered. When the food came, the burger and chips were cold as stone, bread was stale to the point of being unable to bite and chew it and the peri spice on the chips was just sprinkled ontop. When the staff member came to deliver my food, she bumped me on the back with quite some force, threw the food on the table and walked away. No interaction, no apology. Throughout my meal, the staff were speaking extremely loudly. I can tell you that on the 26th of July 2023, your staff have a wastage report of 18 chickens (all of which were offered to staff), I can tell you how often to rotate sauces, I can tell you that the condition of the toilets was “inhumane”. This is all from sitting on the other side of the restaurant. Not the conversations I want to be hearing whilst enjoying my meal (not that having an enjoyable meal is an option at this branch). Imagine what the customers standing (and probably not being served) at front of house we’re hearing. One staff member was not even in uniform. Wearing a bright blue Uni WA tshirt barking orders to staff and checking his phone every 2 seconds. No once was interested to hear my request for my food to be heated or fix my order. My family and I are long-time fans of Nando’s and usually visit your restaurants two to three times a week. We’ve always appreciated the consistent quality of food and service across your branches. However, I’d like to share my recent experiences with the nando’s Perth city branch in william street,which have been disappointing.
On several occasions, I’ve noticed a significant drop in the quality of the food served—particularly the chicken. It seems the chicken is being cooked without proper marination or sauce and only lightly coated with sauce after being cooked also we ordered the burger and the chicken breast was so small .This results in a noticeably bland and dry taste that does not match the high standards we’ve come to expect from Nando’s.
This isn’t a one-time issue—it has happened repeatedly, which is why I felt it important to raise this concern. We genuinely enjoy Nando’s and would love to continue visiting, but unfortunately, our experience at this branch has not reflected the quality and care we’re used to.

Read moreMe and my friend we wanted to try something new so we went there we had only ordered fries which doesn't take much time normally we ordered at 1:45 and we could see people next to us get food even though they had just ordered not only them but the tables nearby got their order as well and they had just arrived and infact we ordered the same thing. So i asked one of the staff about the food she said shell check it out she went to the kitchen and never came back We thought she went to make our food but no even after 10 minutes after telling her we didn't get our food so i went to another person and told him about how we didn't get our food. He said he couldn’t find our table when we clearly ordered online where we have to give our table number and yeah i don’t remember them looking for the table either. They kept the food in the desk for about (30-40minutes) so the food became quite cold and he directly handed it over to me with no apologies also i was speaking properly to them if someone else was in my place they would have been very angry and shouted at them.
