My Fitness Kitchn — Restaurant in Sydney

I was wondering for a long time to find good tasty food in controlled calories. After many months finally, I got it when I said to my friend the same. My friend introduced it to me and said high about that. I doubted at that time and didn't order for a few weeks. Last Friday I was thinking a lot and decided to visit the site.

I visited " My fitness Kitchen" and stuck by the menu and detail. I ordered. I must say I did half-heartedly. next moment I got a call from " My fitness Kitchen" and asked about the delivery, and they were happy to deliver on Sunday which I was expecting on Wednesday.

On Sunday I got the order and OMG there was not a single food belong to frozen part of the fridge. I was surprised and happy as I hate frozen food and also that was the main reason to stop other food companies.

I started on Monday, and on that day, my weight was 84 kg. I had the first meal at my work, and I was astonished because it was the right portion size and delicious.

On 3rd day I got a call from My fitness kitchen to follow up and also find out whether I liked the food or not.

After five days I found all food was so great and delicious. What I did extra in 5 days, watching breakfast and snacks. But unfortunately, I couldn't resist most of the time and tried to be above 1200 calories in a day. I must say My Kitchen Fitness food helped me placed in between 1000 to 1200 calories.

After a week I checked my weight I lost 2 kg, and now I am 81.5 kg.

I just want to say thank you to My Fitness Kitchen for providing.

I wanted to try a different fitness meals supplier since i was tired of ordering from My Muscle Chef & Fitness Meals again & again. That's when i found MFK & with do many good reviews, i decided to try their meals. Following is my honest review about their meals

Quality - the food quality is really good. All ingredients are really fresh n healthy.

Taste - i loved the taste of all the meals that i ordered. Gravy tasted good but can be improved in future.

Delivery - Delivery was prompt & on time. No issues at all

Packaging - i loved the packaging of the meals but the seal between plastic lid & container can be bettered as it tends to break easily in microwave, letting all the steam out which is to essential in heating up the food

Price - i found that MFK meals are bit pricier than other competitors. This may be due to their high quality of ingredients or some other production related facts. But there is room to better their prices in future

Suggestions - if you can increase menu options in chicken & vegetarian section (especially high protein low carb options), that would be really nice.

Ok so being a first time mum. I had been juggling a newborn around wake windows and naps so ensuring that I had enough good and nutritional throughout the day was starting to be near impossible (easy things like cup noodles and toast were my go-to).

I had tried different more budget-friendly ready meal delivery companies before, the ones that were focused on convenience has the same 3 flavour profiles, the ones that were focused on macros or health tasted bland.

So with that in mind and in need of something quickly, I decided to fork out a little bit extra and try out My Fitness Kitchn.

Got my delivery today, and whacked the Thai basil chicken in the microwave.

Not going to lie, it looked bland af so I was not prepared for the flavour bomb in my mouth. As a Korean gal who likes her spicy and ricey, I can attest that this was freaking delish! Hubs had the peanut noodles with chicken - also delicious.

Having a look at all the meals I got, the contents look fresh, from what I ate they were.

So if you're on the fence about whether or not you want to pay more than your YF or your HCs for ready made meal boxes, take this as the sign to give...
