Nene Chicken Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

I usually go here when i have class. food is usually good i love the kdogs they r to die for. But the service is super disappointing it always feels like ordering is an inconvenience to their day. there is a young girl who services me she is quite nice, shy and soft-spoken. But there is an older lady with botox and lip filler gone wrong ( I hate to be rude but it’s the only way i can describe her) she also serves me as well and she has an incredibly rude demeanour about herself. she doesn’t care for her job and it shows, i’ve seen her on calls and she constantly forgets and gives people the wrong orders. She feels super judgemental and just has a negative persona, i get people have their bad days but this is every time i come if she is working. I’ve seen past reviews on her and other people but they still continue to do it shows a massive lack in management from the store itself incredibly disappointing. I will say i like the bins provided, and gloves but i do feel like the self serve in cutlery and these essentials is just a super lazy way to half ass an dine in experience. It’s also a very cramped environment, not kid friendly or people with a wheelchair friendly. Even though i love the kdogs i do feel like the price is quite insane $9.50 is super high in my opinion ive also asked for sauce in the past and they said it was $2 FOR SAUCE! like you have to be joking me ridiculous. unfortunately they will keep me as a customer just for the kdogs but thought id write a review since i come here often. I visited Nene Chicken Parramatta today and attempted to redeem my NRMA “Buy 1 Get 1 Chicken Wrap” offer. After clicking Redeem Now on the NRMA app, I was shown a valid redemption code.

When I presented the code at the counter, the staff member was hesitant to accept it and implied that it might have already been redeemed. I explained that if it had been used before, the system would not generate a valid code again. Despite this, I felt as though I was being treated with suspicion, which was uncomfortable and disappointing as a customer.

Eventually, the staff member agreed to process the offer, but after speaking with the kitchen, the wraps I received were undercooked/unprepared, which made the overall experience even more unsatisfactory.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure that customers using NRMA offers are treated fairly and that food quality...

Food was almost good I always have nene chicken haven’t thought that it was going to disappoint me this much.

Firstly the lady who took my order so rude and didn’t like she was willing to work to be honest, I ask her which seasoning good for chicken she wasn’t even trying to sale.

Secondly, chicken served uncooked I asked one of the staff luckily they served the new one unfortunately, the chickens still wasn’t cook.

Anyway , the worst thing ever would be customer service from the FOH lady i felt disrespectful, she didn’t not even say sorry to us when she served the new chicken :(.

Absolutely will not come back and won’t recommend anyone. Sorry to say this but the service was so bad I don’t know how long she has been working here but company should train her properly.
