Worst hospitality by the front end staff.. the guy standing there treats the delivery drivers in a rude way… he have to understand they are also humans.. I don’t know how a big brand like Laporchetta accommodate this type of behaviour from their hospitality staffs??

I have not bugging your staff at all, even the first reply given by your staff was in an insulting way.. I myself ordered in ur store a lot of time, while I ordered how the way I ask politely is the the same way I asked when I come for the pick up.. at that time they don’t feel harassed now as a Uber driver if I asked it’s harassment.. it’s a shame as a owner instead of speaking to ur staff about the way how they have to treat the people(customer or driver whoever it is) ur giving a dumb reply to my comment..adding to the comment the time I entered the store is midday in a weekday and the restaurant is dead silent hardly two customers inside the shop so it’s not busy at all and that guy is not in the front counter at all he is surfing something standing inside at that time, waiting for 2 min outside only then I went inside to ask..not only me even if a customer comes at that time they would have been disappointed, first if there is a mistake happens accept it.. who wants to pick up in ur store? Read moreAs we walked in, the manager wanted to sit us behind a large group, who he had sat in front of the "specials mirror, 'under the electrical box?!?" though the restaurant was almost empty. I asked him to sit us somewhere else, as I felt it was silly to sit in a cluster. He wanted to move us to pathway, where they stomp back forth, claiming he knows the best seats in the house. 🙄. I said no, and sat where I thought was best. Food was very average, my veal schnitzel was totally manufactured. Pizza pretty boring, like pizza hut. Later Chinese family arrived, five people, with a fragile grandpa. Lady in the group, I think his daughter, asked to be sat closer, just to the left. Manager declined saying the table is dirty and sat them under the window, far end of the restaurant. (Omg! Clean the table, they are the customers!!) They followed him, disappointed but with dignity. I looked the spectacle baffled... I asked my husband, if he thought manager refused coz they were Chinese, he thought so, so did I. I was very dissatisfied when he showed us the two places, which were quite frankly rediculous in an empty restaurant and stood my ground. Without a hesitation he followed us with menus, I think coz we were white?! If that's not the case, I apologise, but that's what it looked to us...

Read moreThe attitude of the Manager is absolutely disgraceful. I had booked my daughters birthday and at that booking I specifically asked that one table was for my husband and myself and the other for the rest of the group. He immediately became aggressive and said that he was fully booked and he couldn't do anything about it. To be honest if he spoke to me in a decent manner in the first place I probably wouldn't have minded. We ordered drinks for the girls and when they had not received them 30 minutes later I questioned it. And of course they had forgotten the order. Halfway through our booking Manager had a change of heart and set the tables as I had asked for. He also offered us free garlic bread. I hadn't complained to get free stuff but the funny thing is we didn't even get the FREE garlic bread. We had dinner there the week before and he asked us how our meals were and we were honest.
