Neo Cafe Restaurant — Restaurant in Victoria

We went to Neo's yesterday and were very disappointed with the one of the staff members she was very rude to us. She has no customer skills at all. We go to Neo's a lot it was our favorite cafe in Geelong. We have been served by this staff member once before and the coffee was undrinkable and we didn't say anything. We ordered coffee and a slice i couldn't taste any flavouring in my coffee so when she came with the slice my husband asked politely if she had put the caramel in the latte she snapped at my husband and said she did my husband asked if she could put more in it. She snatched the cup from the table and my husband said normally the coffee is good here. She lost it and said that is very rude and said Don't come...

Neo cafe aren't paying their staff wages properly.

Partner worked there for years as a casual but was being paid full time rates with no Saturday/Sunday or public holiday rates.

Was owned approx 8-10k over the years as worked out by fairwork and going off bank statements as no payslips provided either.

Kept getting strung along for months being told it would be sorted by the owners but they kept crying they had no money.

Anyone who has or is working there make sure you contact fairwork and make sure you're being paid properly.

Because my partner is still waiting for money owed that she was ripped off while the owners profited.

Gutless owners, should be put out...

Most cafes have been impacted over last few years so pls don't consider this as bad feedback.

Restaurant and Cafe is not only about the food but atmosphere, ambience and service.

My first impression was to go somplece else, but given was hungry so sat and ordered along with others.

Food took little time but overall was filling and as expected. Presentation could do wonders, as my mushroom toast has loads of mushroom which were healthy and yummy. But at first glance it looked liked someone just tossed them from pan and send them to table.

Coffee is good.

I won't mind...
