Beautiful thin toasted wrap bread so as to not overpower the other ingredients. Perfect balance and ratio of ingredients. Amazing tabouleh... and the lamb... my gosh. My husband and I recently moved back to Geelong and I was very excited to see that Sam's Cafe was still in business, with George at the helm.
