Extremely disappointing experience from this cafe. They could, in fact, do better and use the advantage of being the closest cafe prior to patrons attending their shows. We arrived early so that we could have late lunch prior to our concert at 3pm. We had planned to get there, have some drinks and lunch, then go to the toilet before the big crowd arrived. As you can see in the video, it wasn't overly busy. We ordered 4 types of finger food, and we waited. After 30 minutes, our beeper went on, signalling us to collect our order from the counter. Only to be told that it was a wrong number. So we waited again for approx 20min. But that's OK. We have our drinks. Because our beeper already beeped, we had to continually keep an eye on the counter and decided to come up as we saw some food similar to our order came up. Thank goodness they were our orders. We had chicken nuggets, baby octopus, corn ribs, and spring rolls. They were very disappointing. The chicken nuggets were very dry, over cooked. The baby octopus was also over cooked, chewy. The springrolls were very generic, too mushy vegies inside. The corn ribs had a sauce, which is odd. How are you supposed to dip them? When they are corn. They are best seasoned and buttered. Not dips. We had to rush our food, since by that time, the crowd had already arrived, and we had to go to the toilet prior to a two hour concert. We didn't enjoy it at all, it was all rushed, after waiting. No apologies were given. The rest of the food on the counter is very generic. Street food is better, fast food is better, everything is better. Before you go to the Perth Convention, have a decent meal elsewhere and just grab drinks or coffee from this place. Food is not worth it. Not unless they change management or review their standards and change the menu. Very disappointing indeed. I'm giving 3 stars for the atmosphere because it really so handy being so close to the concert hall and train station.

We ordered cheesy garlic bread and it was absolutely horrendous… almost inedible. There was no garlic butter whatsoever and seemed like cheddar cheese just lumped on top. The bread was not even toasted and it was as completely overpriced. I feel my 6yo could do better than this…. Hate to think what the rest of their menu is like.

This has been one of the worst cafe experiences I've had. The selection in the cabinet was minimal, and none of the items were priced. I ordered a small ham and cheese croissant and asked for it to be heated, but it came out with only the top half lukewarm, while the rest was cold. Not only that I was served a wooden disposable fork and knife dining in…. The food was also taken away from me; without even asking if I was finished.

During the 20 minutes I spent there, I witnessed a server bump into a customer while carrying plates of food, and shortly after, another staff member dropped food on the floor while delivering it to a table. To make matters worse, I overheard that they got the customer's order wrong as well. Overall, it was a genuinely disappointing experience but the...

Called in with friends for a drink and a spot of lunch. Waited in line for approx 5 mins. When served ordered burger and chips. Waiting 15 mins asked how much longer was told 15 mins. Lady ordering at that time got her food 5 mins later. Half hour goes by ask again where food is told it's still waiting to be cooked. Asked for refund as friends had already finished food ordered and drinks. Was told I wasn't able to have refund as it's being cooked. It's a patty that's it. Food arrived 5 mins later. All it was is one pickle one little lettuce one tomato and patty. Absolutely shocking service. Tables weren't cleaned and prices through the roof. Save your money and time and walk...
