We booked into Crush for a bottomless cocktail evening off of the online booking. The website shows a "new menu 14.09.24" which shows the menu items for the evening. When we arrived we were given a menu but One of the menu items was dropped off from the menu off of the website. When we asked the staff why it was taken off we were advised that the menu online was a sample menu (This was not indicated anywhere on the booking or the website). We showed her the website menu which advised nowhere that it was a sample menu. When booking our evening we booked due to the menu shown and were looking forward to the bubblegum cocktail that was displayed. We were unbelievably unimpressed with the dismissive attitude of the young staff member with pink hair, wearing a pink shirt when letting her know we were unhappy that the menu was changed. There was no effort made to try and compensate for the "FALSLY advertised menu" on the website, we were just brushed off and told that she had no control and could not help what the advertising team puts up online. WARNING: a community announce:- by NO WAY am I afflicted with this brewery whatsoever - but do yaself a flavour(punt intended) and get here early one day off and get the V.I.P treatment by the one of the head brewers - a tasting of what am into after asking what I like I added a comment of 'not into sours' - too then a little bit later have two little tasting of their sours to convert me - we'll, I'm into sours after trying - the traditional sour was sour but NOT offensive but then the second "breakfast" sour won me over - just subtle but refreshing great for the beer chaser - happy days - to then top off my random but super lucky experience was a simple but amazing gesture was the free little cup of toasted corn kernels that compliments my beer perfectly - DO YOURSELF a flavor get into PerthPirateLife - great beers and even better...

⚠️ SCAM ALERT Not sure what happened here but the $30 burger and beer deal was a lie for us... Waiters deliberately tried to charge full price, lie that it’s “not on today,” to your face, whilst flipping the signs around that says the "deal is on everyday" Dishonest and sneaky — check your bill or you’ll get ripped off.

When we went to order the deal, the waiter said the deal is not on a Sunday... So another customer said "turn the sign around then" which said "the deal is everyday" .. we then questioned the waiter again and he still lied to our face and said it wasn't on today. We ordered the beer and burger deal and got charged the individual prices.

We've never had this problem here in Australia before. Really disappointed and usual for major brewery to be doing this. Wouldn't recommend...
