Located at Priesterhausgasse 2, just steps away from Linzergasse and within walking distance from most central hotels, this place is perfectly situated for a cozy brunch, afternoon wine, or full-on evening dinner.

🍝 The Food – Flavors That Speak European With a Soulful Italian Twist Let’s talk food, because this is where Timeless absolutely shines. The menu is a mix of European favorites with heavy Italian influences — homemade pasta, perfectly balanced salads, gourmet burgers, and artisan pizzas. Everything is made fresh and plated with attention to detail. The flavors? Next level.

I had the Tagliatelle with truffle cream and grilled mushrooms, and it was easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had outside of Italy. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce rich without being overwhelming, and the balance of textures was chef’s kiss.

My friend ordered their signature Meatballs with tomato basil sauce (shoutout to the review I saw on Tripadvisor before coming), and they did not disappoint. Flavorful, juicy, and served with crusty house bread.

We also shared the Timeless salad — packed with seasonal greens, grilled chicken, roasted seeds, and a light vinaigrette. It was fresh, nourishing, and perfectly portioned.

Their drink menu ranges from locally sourced Austrian wines to classic cocktails, craft beers, and freshly squeezed juices. I went for a house red wine, which paired beautifully with the pasta. My girlfriend had a Virgin Mojito, which was refreshing, crisp, and perfectly balanced.

👨‍🍳 Service – Heartfelt and Personal One of the highlights of dining at Timeless was the genuine warmth of the staff. Our server was friendly, spoke perfect English, and made honest recommendations (which we really appreciated). Even the chef came out to greet tables, which gave the experience such a personal touch. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the people they serve.

Service was fast, attentive, and never pushy. In 2025, that still matters — a lot.📍 Location – In the Heart of Everything Timeless is located just a few minutes from major Salzburg attractions like Mirabell Palace, Mozart’s Birthplace, and the historic Linzergasse shopping street. It’s a great spot to refuel between sightseeing, or to start your evening before heading to a concert or theater.

Google Maps had no trouble finding the spot, and there’s also nearby public transport and parking options. For tourists: they also do takeaway and delivery, so if you’re chilling at your Airbnb or hotel — you’re covered.

My husband and I were in Salzburg for a week 10-17 April 2025. We ended up eating here twice within the week as the food and service was so good. The first time we both had a burger, which was absolutely delicious. We told the owner/server that this was the best burger we have had (you don't get food this good in England) Unfortunately my phone battery had died due to all my pictures taken that day so I wasn't able to take any of the burgers which was a shame. We went back on our last evening and this time ordered a pizza each and a dessert. We were recognised upon entering from the previous visit, and immediately shown to a table where 5* service was received throughout. The pizza's were absolutely cooked to perfection, very fresh and tasty. English speaking servers, excellent service and location and a lovely atmosphere. I cannot write a review regarding the food since we didn't manage to eat ,but I would like to criticise the attitude and philosophy of the business.A very arrogant waiter the moment he realised we would like to eat pizza , although everyone at the same time was also eating pizza , informed us that we would have to wait for half an hour .to his surprise we would not mind waiting since we had ample of time .so ,he came again telling us we would have to wait for an hour. Without even waiting for our answer ,he encouraged us to go to another restaurant ,a greek one that actually does not exist .I am still wondering why this happened.If they don't like people to order pizza ,which in fact was small and overpriced,I suggest they stop offering it.so if you are a potential customer you should consider their ethics...
