Ordered their spicy beef sweet potato noodle, it’s from the chef’s recommendation section, it’s pretty disappointing, the noodle is a bit overcooked, and it’s too salty. The service is horrendous, they don’t provide basic greeting and manner when it comes to service, you feel like barging in someone’s house. I walked in to this empty restaurant, only staff were eating at the back side, once I step in, I was wondering around not sure what to do. My question is, when you run a business, and you finally have someone come it, don’t you come greet with a smile and welcome them? Instead the lady came slowly taking order with a long face like I own her a million bucks, and when I was about to pay my bill, the same lady didn’t say a thing, she only said the price of the noodle, not even a full sentence. The whole time I only heard probably less than 10 words from the second I stepdad in, taking order, n paying bill all together. They don’t even say hello or good bye lol

Later on I checked out others reviewed about this place on other social media platform, some people have had similar experiences, this got me wonder how they get 300+ and 4.3 stars review here on google. Anyways, I would never return to this place, not recommend, Vienna has so many amazing restaurants, especially Chinese restaurants, you really don’t need to take a chance to have some bad experience to...

I like the food here and often order take-away to eat at home. Recently there was an occasion when I came home and one of ordered and paid for dish was missing in the take-away bag. This can happen, it is fine, however, next time when I came a week later, as a frequent customer here, I explained what happened and asked to kinda take a leap of faith here (as ofc I could not really prove at that point of time that there was a mistake a week ago) and to provide me that dish for free (we are talking about cold snack priced 9€). But to my disappointment, it was disregarded by the staff. I know that technically they are right. But as a frequent customer I was, to be honest, hoping for some leap of faith :) That I was not trying to scam them for 9€ with my average check of 40-50€ here. But it is what it is.

So, learning is to carefully check what you get in your bag in you order take-away. And on my end, I will look also for alternative places now, as despite the food that I like, I also would like to have some positive attitude for being permanent customer, which I did...

This is absolutely not a kid-friendly place. The staff was disrespectful from the start, and instead of welcoming families, they made us feel unwelcome. Nowhere—neither online nor on the menu—does it state that you are required to order two items per person just to be seated. We were already full from earlier but wanted to treat our kids to a bowl of ramen. Shockingly, they refused to seat us unless we ordered more food we didn’t want.

The lack of transparency is unacceptable, and the attitude of the staff made the situation even worse. If a restaurant has such a policy, it should be made crystal clear upfront—not sprung on families after arriving with children.

We left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially families. There are plenty of other ramen spots that actually care about customer service and welcome guests instead of turning them away. DO NOT WASTE YOUR...

After traveling for a month in Central Europe I needed a break from meat and potatoes. I was staying at the Grand Hotel Wien and found this place on Google Maps. I arrived around 2pm on a weekday and was able to get a table pretty quickly. The staff spoke some English, I don't speak German, but we both spoke Mandarin so I ordered in that. I stated with a pot of tea and ordered the mapo tofu and the garlic eggplant. I was not prepared for the portion size. It was massive, easily enough to feed 4 people, maybe 6. The guys at the next table had a good chuckle. The food itself was very tasty. The mapo tofu had the authentic spice of mala and the eggplant was deep fried and sauce which is different but so tasty. I ate as much as I could and asked for them to pack up the rest, which came with an extra charge.
