Civediamo Bar — Restaurant in Vienna

Nice outside seating in central Vienna but just outside of the tourist thoroughfare. As we were told that all tables are booked for after about 20 minutes, we ordered just one drink, however we could finish it without rushing before anyone else came. The Aperol came cold and with olives rather than a slice of orange - exactly as in Italy, we were assured. It was quite flat, even though we specifically ordered the version with prosecco, so I expected it to be sparkly. The bar itself is nice and has a fun vibe to it. The lady was super friendly and always came to us with a smile. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the man working there, who insisted on making us pay while we were still consuming our drinks and interrupted our conversation. Wir lieben diese Bar ❤️ Wir waren auch noch an der alten Adresse (Köllnerhofgasse) immer wieder gerne hier. Zum Glück hat die Bar auch an der neuen Adresse nicht ihren Charme verloren. Chefin Stella, ihre Mama und ihr Mann sind einfach so nett. Auch mit dem Service Team hat Stella immer wieder Glück, so nette und aufmerksame "Mädels" zu haben. Eine authentische, nette italienische Bar, bei der man keine Angst haben muss, dass der Aperol schlecht gemischt ist. Schmeckt gut, stark und authentisch wie in Italien 😊 Unser Highlight ist jedoch der Prosecco vom Fass. Für Prosecco Liebhaber ein absolutes Muss. Fragt nach dem Stempeltrinker Pass, wenn ihr öfter Prosecco trinkt 😊 Sarti Spritz ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht nur optisch ein Hingucker (pink), sondern auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Seit dem Umzug im Herbst 2024 gibt es auch Pinsa auf der Karte. Ein Traum. Unbedingt probieren. Alle Zutaten dafür kommen direkt aus Italien. Das schmeckt man. Neue Happy Hour ist auch genial.
