Do not go there!! Service terrible, worst of my life! The salad I ordered was a big bunch of lettuce and rocket, a few sliced cherry tomatoes and a small chicken breast, that I realised was raw in an area. No one asked us how was our food, seeing I had left pretty much the whole salad. Manager was rude, rushed us off from the beginning, messed up the order, which it meant my brother had to wait longer for his pizza. Atmosphere was ridiculous! Waitresses did not know where they were going with the food to the tables. We saw a waitress already on her way out, with her jacket and bag on, delivering two dishes to a table on her way out, never seeing this in my life of working in hospitality. Simply do not go. Appealing attitude from the manager. I have never experienced this on a restaurant.. ever, in any country I’ve been in, ever!

I visited for dinner mainly because I enjoyed the restaurant that used to be in the same location and was in the mood for Italian food. In short, this is a simple restaurant with good Italian food, nice atmosphere, and good service, but nothing special. The mixed antipasti was nice, and a good portion for the price. Same goes for the veal saltimbocca - a generous portion, and nicely seasoned with fresh sage, but the veal was overcooked, so dry, resulting in an average dish. Nothing bad, but nothing special. I would not recommend going out of your way to dine here, but if you are in the neighbourhood and want reasonable prices and good value, I would not recommend against it. This is a solid 3.5 stars, so I rounded up to 4.

I had an AWFUL experience at this restaurant. The spaghetti Bolognese was inedible – the pasta was OLD, HARD, and clearly cooked days ago. The sauce was just okay, but it couldn't save the dish. The tagliatelle with prosciutto crudo in "cream sauce" was a joke – it was more like pasta swimming in warm milk, not even close to what a cream sauce should be. We couldn’t finish our meals because the food was so bad. When we asked for the check, the waiter didn’t care about our dissatisfaction, so not even decent service couldn't save this. This place has no connection to good food, let alone authentic Italian dishes. AVOID at all costs.

Only giving the two stars for the lady that served us the first time- We went here twice, first a lady served us and was very nice. Pizza was also nice! HOWEVER, The second time round, things were the complete opposite for us! There was a man there (seems like the supervisor or owner), seemed like he was in his own world, on his phone! He was constantly telling people, you need to hurry up we’re closing. Done the same to my partner and she just refused to order any food. I ordered a pizza (same as what I had first time) this time I asked for some extra chicken, I noticed this was a huge mistake when the bill came! He charged €9 extra for a few pieces of chicken! This was literally the same price as another main dish. We then paid cash and he didn’t even bother to bring our change back, when we approached him he said “I can’t even remember how much you gave”. His only ambition is to put the business down! We then told him we found the €9 a bit too expensive for the chicken and he just responded “no it’s not expensive”. Very rude and unprofessional!! Just...

Never try!!! It seems the food was contaminated, as all of us got stomachaches after dinner!! It was by far one of my worst restaurant experiences in Vienna, for the following reasons: The food was far from delicious. We ordered four different dishes (chicken, spaghetti, and pizza), and all were prepared with what seemed like the least possible cooking skill. Now we are worried if it was even healthy!

The restaurant owner was rude, deliberately ignoring certain customers. We had to ask three times for plates and four times for a simple glass of water! The waiters seemed extremely stressed by the male owner and treated customers with not comfortable manner. The “outdoor seating” they offered was terrible — our table was so close that it was practically pressed against our stomachs. The indoor was extremely hot. In summary, I felt embarrassed and regretful for bringing my guests to have dinner in this restaurant. We were in rush and we made...
