McDonald's Fountains Square — Restaurant in Baku City

They had very poor quality of crowd management and their Touch Screens made an error due to which they deducted our money and told us to pay again at the counter due too which we paid twice for the meal. The cashier told us to come the next day and talk to the manager to sort it out and the next day the manager did sort it out after talking to her but they didn't give the entire order so we went again to ask from the counter and when we talked to the male cashier he looked in disbelief and thought we were scammers and maybe due to our Indian origin but I told him to call the manager ,he told the manager that he thought we were a problem but the manager knowing the situation told she would give the entire order in a few minutes but she never gave so we left the restaurant never to come again...

We ordered mac chicken a d nuggest for kids and i want to get the coffee, after payment and when we started the food i got a vibe and i went to check with the sales person is the food halal, and guess what it wasnt, one issue is about the language, it very difficult to communicate in baku but luckily i got a guy there whi can speak good English and he explained the chicken is not halal. I was using the kiosk machine to order and i’m paying on the machine using my card but a staff removed my card without my consent. I think she was trying to say it doesn’t work. But my payment was processing. Once she removed my card the machine hanged! Then another staff came in and signed the POS Machine so now the payment has been charged! But i can’t checked it right away as my app doesn’t work at that time to see if it was charged. They said i have to pay on the counter. So...
