If you see this guy walk away what we received was anything but. The appetizers lacked any depth of flavor, and the main courses were bland and uninspiring. The ingredients seemed cheap and poorly sourced, resulting in a subpar dining experience, leaving us hungry and unsatisfied. Not only were the waitstaff inattentive, but they seemed completely disinterested in providing any sort of quality service To make matters worse, when we voiced our concerns to the manager, they displayed a dismissive attitude and made no effort to rectify the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

AVOID!!! Discrimination, racism, xenophobia, rude behaviour. The waiter asked us where are we from. After hearing the answer he refused our credit card, saying "common, we all know your country is mafia". We are from a country which is a EU member. You can see him in the photo. Stay away, he still lives in the 19th century and probably believes that tourists are here in order to steal his personal potatoes

I would come back here again anytime. They've managed to quickly accomodate a group of twelve and everything the staff recommended (food and drinks) was "finger licking good" ! :) You deffinetly have to try the mussles with curry and cream and one of their "tripel" belgian beers. The waiter (a Bruges lical) was very professional and had a nice sense of humour :)

If you want to eat nice food and get treated like a piece of thrash this is the place for you!! The second we got inside we asked the waitress if we could sit up stairs and she replied "I dont want to be running up and down serving you food so you cant sit upstairs." We got upset and sit down but our joy was killed instantly. Then we ordered food after waiting a long time because even the waiters and waitresses see us they would not come to take our orders. But eventually we ordered our food it came to our table pretty fast and it tasted OK. We were happy because of the meal even tho it was a little bit pricey. Then we decided to get out and asked for the bill. It was pretty hard because literally even tho the waitress saw us she would not come near us to give us the bill. After a while waitress shouted from the bar counter to our friend who was going to pay ny credit card to come over and pay it there. And while our friend was paying the waitress said dont keep calling me asking for drinks foods or the bill i am not a dog. That was the moment we all got real upset and decided to leave. It was my forst time seeing a waitress that rude and that ruthless. My advice to all who wishes to go to that restaurant is beware of the attitudes of the staff there you will...

People with children better avoid this place! Waiter was rude and ignorant and somewhat xenophobic.

From outside this place looks just as a regular café but staff is horrible! We walked in with our two year old and first thing we were asked is we're from are we. I don't know of what significance this info would be to any waiter but ok... next thing what happened our son took tiny vase with flower in (it looked more like a small cup big enough to fit rose head which was in it) and the waiter came straight away took it from boy's hand mumbling something like children are clumbsy and he might break it; our boy started to cry straight away not knowing what he did wrong. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from an adult person. He just casually walked away like nothing happened. The whole time this waiter just acted ignorant towards us and we felt unwelcomed. After that whole experience of the place just went downhill.

(just for reference regarding this review we visited a lots of cafes and restaurants with our child who never broke anything in these places neither was crying or having tantrums like...

Worst service and overpriced food. The waiter was extremely rude. I asked for water, without letting me know that it will a 2.75 euros. The waiter opened 2 bottles of water behind the scenes. Brought me these 2 already opened bottles and asked for 5.50 euros (for 2 bottles). When I mentioned that I did not ask for bottled water. His response - You did not ask for tap water! And refused to take the bottle back. Moreover he was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not the way to treat your customers in a tourist town.

Secondly, the waiter never mentioned that he cannot accept credit cards. When we were about to pay our bill thats when he said "I can't take credit cards tonight. There's a bank around the corner." And reading other reviews, looks like he says that to all its customers. Again its a tourist town, and tourists usually don't carry that much cash. Restaurant should have mentioned that as soon as we sat down.

If I could give 0...
