we went to watch the football game on the terrace. We were a group of 6 and when we asked to pay individually the staff quite rudely said that we need to arrange that in between ourselves and showed no understanding at all… They even told us after serving the beer that “you can do it your self) regarding to pouring it ourselves. after that, when it came to pay i asked to pay by card (for the group). to which the staff member said that they couldn’t do that. i said they should’ve told us that before ordering and they said it was written on the door (which it’s not very clear nor obvious). Then, i asked for the IBAN (the number on their bank account which they should have on the app because they take payconic) but again they showed no compassion in trying to get it to work either). probably don’t go here, at least not until they figure out their card situation (what kind of bar doesn’t...

I had their classic burger. For 12€ it was OK. And the apple pie was not bad. I don't think you can find a cheaper burger in BXL for 12€ outside of a fast food place.

We went with a kid in a pram on a wet day to escape the rain and the staff were not happy to see us (there were other families in there with children) and we felt quite unwelcome. Had a waffle and a beer, there was a hair in the whip cream which happens and usually not an issue to replace, but as we already felt like an intrusion on the staff felt it was better left unmentioned. Beer and tea was nice, just ruined by the fact that the staff were a unpleasant. We kept our stay short.
