On the store at Bourse, the experience was mixed. We had a bad experience with the young "shepherd" guiding the "cattle". Although he was very polite with explaining how to order, when we sat (2 ppl, expecting 2 more) at a table near the window, it had 8 seats, he came and asked as to sit inside at the corner, at a table with 7 places.... because the first table was for a bigger group that might visit. Also, we were ok to share the table. Unfortunately, we had already ordered and paid and couldn't leave like this. We sat at the corner, although we wanted to enjoy the view and feel better. The original table was taken by another couple after us (2 ppl). The next one again by 2 ppl. What's the difference? Why this discrimination? When we were notified to receive our order, another waiter FORTUNATELY noticed immediately that one of the burgers was not as ordered and prepared another one. He came to find us to deliver the right one. Congratulations to the second one. Amazing service! Regarding the first one, it was unacceptable. We are not cattle to guide to the most efficient place for the company. We are people! And also, it's not to the benefit of the company, I think, to lose customers by mistreating them and ruining their experience. It's dinner time in Brussels and you're far from home so you want something familiar but what can you get. Let me tell you that the reviews are true, the hype is real and the food is phenomenal. We went to Manhattn's Burgers and the atmosphere, decor and food make for a great experience. You go up to the order station, place your order (everything is a la carte) and they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready.

We waited about 10 minutes and our burgers were ready. I ordered the Gatsby Burger with Irish Angus Beef, Swiss Emmental, Sautéed Mushrooms, Black Truffle Mayo, Crispy Bacon, and Lettuce. This is without a doubt the best burger I've had in many many years. The Brioche toasted bun and burger was full of flavor and then some. I truly couldn't get enough and as I started to get half way finished, I slowed down to savor every bite left.

The fries were great with the secret sauce, my children got the Gotham Burger and Rockefeller Burger which they loved as well. I will definitely be back to Manhattn's Burgers before I leave. You must make a trip here for the burger of your life. I...
