Samantha (or whatever his name was) the server on this location and the other employees at 950 Railway Ave, Canmore, Canada will require very very urgent serious customer service training, knowledge and some patience. Very professional, no respect and rude to customers. Owners and Management have to watch their video and ask witnesses around or may be have a visit to the location and monitor them to figure out what wrong they are doing. I understand this location is up in mountains around tourist areas and you guys really don’t care about the customers who walk in as they might not be visiting that area in near future but Tim hortons is losing their loyal customers this way cause after our experience we are never going to Tim hortons rather we are going to work hard to aware people and stop people around us to go to such places. No one deserves to be disrespected specially when they ask nicely for an extra cup or wait for them for about 15-20 mins before they come even take your order. They come to front and never say hi but instead rudely say what do you want. We purchased several times and all our food and drinks were not what we expected. Read moreWe are visiting from California and stayed at Canmore. My nieces and nephews talked highly of Tim Hortons and decided to eat breakfast there instead of the hotel. A female crew was taking our order, then all of a sudden, another crew whose name is KACIE interrupted us and asked her co-worker if she has already done what she was supposed to do at the back. Kacie even directed my sister to "stop" which we thought was so rude to interrupt a co-worker while taking care of a customer. There were 5 of us and so the kids helped took our orders to the table. We were starting to eat then KACIE yelled across the room with finger pointing at my sister saying. "Hey, you took somebody else's order!". We were so mortified at how she rudely yelled as if we stole something. That was the worse experience and not the kind of customer service you expect from a Tim Hortons my niece and nephew speaks so highly about. The kids witnessed the rudeness and how their mother was treated like a thief and so we had to explain to them that if ever they work in a place like that, they have to show respect on ALL customers and not be like KACIE. I wish the store has a video so the management can review and give her a training on good customer service...
Read morei went there to get breakfast at around 8 am on the 08/26/21 (note there wasn't anyone else in line at this time). the cashier was giving me so much attitude because i pulled out my phone and asked her if i could use a coupon from the tim hortons app. she immediately went like "no u cant use that" and i said that i still wanted to order the two breakfast meals either way. then she said "no we don't have control over the app" in attitude and ofc i understood that but she didnt have to be so rude about it. so i said again that i would still like to get the two breakfast meals noted on the coupon in the app anyways (which i clearly showed her) and she said "just tell me what u want" in so much attitude.
i understand that certain coupons won't work in certain stores as i work retail but that fact she was so rude about it to me for even asking makes me think this cashier isn't trained. never going back here. i can't believe tim hortons would allow a cashier THIS rude...
