11:04 pm Thursday night, Whoever was in the costumer service. I understand they might be bg but how bg are you that you don’t even have time to reply to the question asked. We were asking a question and she hung up on us without even responding to the answer. We ordered a small spicy buffalo chicken pizza and wings and she didn’t asked what toppings would we want…she was rushing to hung up the call. I can never complain on the food but this behaviour from the employee will definitely put you guys in hard time. You cannot just behave with the people like how they sound. Just stay home if you cant be exposed with the people of different countries. We had to call 3 times to ask if the food is on the way..and on the last call12:01 my friend was asking question and she hung up on him. Please be mindful of your behaviour. You can’t show to the costumers how you are..if you can’t behave than don’t pick up the call…there might be other peoples to working...

I placed a delivery about two and a half weeks ago and my order came wrong. I called back and the girl put the manager on who said he would leave me a credit for next time. ( I would’ve just preferred to have a new correct item brought but settled for the credit)

I call today to use my credit and am told there is no credit and that the manager wasn’t there that day so he couldn’t help me. He then says he’ll call his manager and see what he says. A different man comes on the phone claiming to be the manager saying credits expire in 2 weeks. I ask if he’s the one I spoke to that night and asked for his name and he said “ I don’t have to tell you that “ as clearly he was pretending to be the manager.

Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Poor...

We ordered a gluten free pizza over the phone and when we received the pizza we tasted it and it wasn’t gluten free. We called the store and let them know, they said they didn’t hear us say gluten free. Mistakes happen that’s understandable, we asked for our gluten free pizza and we were told we had to give them back the other pizza. Our friend has severe celiacs disease so we threw out the pizza when we realized. Because of this they refused to deliver our correct order. When we spoke to the manager we asked for his name which he refused to provide it and said his name was manager multiple times. All employees we spoke to were very unprofessional and disrespectful. If you have celiacs or any gluten intolerance would definitely avoid ordering from this...
