Bean Scene Coffee Works North — Restaurant in Kelowna

First time experience, coffee to go: 8am Friday morning, and no line up! There were only a couple folks seated in the corner having a chat, and the barista doing her duties. Upon entering the cafe, I found the shop to be warm, cozy and inviting. A great place to settle down into a book or a chat. There are only a couple tables at the moment due to Covid, good luck getting one! The menus were simple, roasts of the day, easy displays to view. I ordered the medium Mexico coffee, and it definitely has a different bite to it. A must try for those looking for something other than a Timmy's cup of Joe. Condiments, dairy and to-go lids were easily accessible on the side. The barista was chill and friendly! My only zonk is that it's paid parking in the area after 9am Monday to Saturday. I'll for sure return again...

Went for some morning coffee today on a Saturday. Staff was very kind and friendly. Was happy to make conversation while making my coffee. Place was not super busy, but a big group could cause a little hold up. I was lucky and was in and out within 5 - 7 minutes.

I had a mocha with added whip cream on top. Mocha was very chocolaty and rich. Overall a very tasty coffee!

The shop itself was quite atmospheric and had a room long bar table facing a window, perfect to sit and watch the Kelowna traffic haha.

Though it was quite small inside the walls displayed beautiful art with tags about the artist. Each of the pieces was also available for purchase.

Being so close to the library its very convenient to stop and grab a quick mid study snack. Would recommend...

It's definitely the best coffee joint in the Landmark area, if not all of Kelowna. Bean Scene has real baristas who are trained to manually measure, tamp, test, extract and pour. It's also a roastery. You can expect the coffee to always be fresh and the preparation quality to be high. The baristas are often not social and you may want to read the room before accidentally annoying them and creating awkwardness... Sometimes they are super cool, but they have to deal with a lot of weirdos and snobs 😛 The vegetarian & vegan breakfast wraps and the black bean burrito...
