I recently ordered the Non-Vegetarian Combo For 1 from Bombay Express, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The combo offered an excellent variety, perfectly portioned for one, making it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to indulge in some authentic Indian flavors.
The Butter Chicken was the star of the meal, with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a rich and creamy tomato-based sauce that was both flavorful and satisfying. The Palak Paneer was another highlight, with the spinach and paneer combination cooked to perfection, offering a delicious balance of spices.
The meal also came with a generous serving of rice, which paired beautifully with both the Butter Chicken and the Palak Paneer. The Vegetarian Pakora was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and had just the right amount of spice. The Naan was soft and warm, perfect for scooping up the rich sauces, while the Papadum added a nice crunch to the overall experience.
To end the meal, the Gulab Jamun provided a sweet, syrupy finish that was the perfect conclusion to this well-rounded combo. Overall, Bombay Express did not disappoint with this Non-Vegetarian Combo For 1. It’s a great value for money and a delicious way to experience a variety of Indian dishes in one meal. I’ll definitely be...
Read moreLet me first say that the food here is decent, nice spices and flavors. I have been here probably 3-4 times. Last time I went will be the last. I have never been so disrespected! I called in the order on the phone, and boy, let me tell you the the lady on the phone was so rude, patronizing and disrespectful. She told me it was gonna be 24$. She hung up the phone without even saying goodbye or thank you, or even confirming my order. I live within walking distance, I came into the store, and the lady didn't even greet me or say hello! She said, what do you want! She then told me the order was 40$! I replied and said you told me 24$ on the phone. Of course she forget to add the Naan bread! What a rip off and scam! I was close to saying no thank you and walking away. I was frustrated, also hungry, I payed and left. She couldn't even look at me in the eye, and didn't say goodbye or thank you. She also had the audacity to ask me why I didn't leave a tip, this person should be fired. THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A RESTAURANT IN A LONG TIME, AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. GO...
Read moreMediocre but leaning towards good. I ordered the chicken briyani which came to about $14 after tax and they give me reasonable good portions for the price. The briyani was decently tasty and adequately spicy (I like that they did not hold back on the spice) and it lacked a bit of flavour because it was not salty enough like maybe only 66% as salty as it should’ve been which was a real shame because otherwise this could’ve been a 4 star meal. However, something they did which I really liked was that they removed all of the spicy peppercorns and other things that taste awful, which lazier restaurants normally just keep in the briyani for you to take out on your own. Here they did it for you. The chicken itself was a bit bland, not as well salted as it should’ve been, and maybe could’ve used more spice or seasoning, but it was still a good job. I might consider coming back here...
