I am utterly compelled to share my abysmal encounter at Sparta Chicken Sherbrooke Montreal with the hope of saving others from enduring a similar ordeal. The level of service I experienced was nothing short of exasperating and utterly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked any semblance of professionalism or even basic customer service skills.
The nadir of my visit was undoubtedly the interaction I had with the individual manning the counter. His attitude was a disheartening blend of apathy and indifference, leaving me to wonder whether he had any inkling of the significance of customer satisfaction. His responses were curt, his demeanor dismissive, and his overall approach could only be described as lackluster at best.
It's astonishing to think that a business could operate with such disregard for the most fundamental aspect of their operation: catering to the needs and expectations of their patrons. The pitiable state of affairs at Sparta Chicken Sherbrooke Montreal casts a long shadow over the entire establishment, tainting what could have been a delightful culinary experience.
In light of this, I implore anyone reading this review to seriously reconsider setting foot in this establishment. The service is a far cry from acceptable, and the demeanor of the counter attendant left a lasting impression of the kind of treatment no customer should ever have to endure. My sincerest advice is to look elsewhere for a dining experience that values and respects...
Read moreHadn't had Greek chicken before but when I mentioned that this had opened near me, a Greek friend recommended I try it based on their other location. I really love Portugese Piri Piri chicken but this really challenges its position as my favourite chicken style. I got the spicy version and it did not disappoint. Very nice hot spice and a different taste than the Portugese chicken. The chicken was very juicy and cooked just right.
As for the restaurant, it has only been open for 6 weeks and is still not very busy or well known in the neighbourhood so not a lot of customers right now. I took the chicken to go but the restaurant has nice large windows looking on to St-Denis so will probably be a nice place to sit down and have a meal/people watch when it gets warmer and there is more action on the street. I suspect it will get a lot busier once people in the neighbourhood...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COSTS: Sick and admitted to hospital for 3 days! I ordered chicken breast trio. I instantly developed stomach cramps within 10 minutes of consumption. The chicken was cooked properly but it was red from the inside ( like it wasn’t stored properly) and was fully burnt from the outside! The cramps turned into a stomach in the intestines and stomach lining and a severe food poisoning.
I am a regular customer of this chain but their quality has dropped significantly after an alleged owner change.
Any how I have lodged my complaint with the government of Quebec who will do all health inspections and hopefully close down this place because what I had to go through was hell! If anyone wants any more information...
