We're heading back to the U.S. after a short vacation in Jasper, and we just had to share our wonderful first-time experience at Tim Hortons Jasper!

The breathtaking mountain views outside, combined with the beautiful heritage structure of the store, made it a truly special stop. But what made it even more memorable was the incredible service — especially from the Filipino crew who served us last night. They were so kind, friendly, and welcoming.

A special shoutout to the muscular guy (possibly the manager?) — I didn’t get his name, but he deserves all the praise! The way he carried himself, the way he spoke, and the way he moved — everything was so professional and confident. Even with the long line of customers, he led his team with calmness and precision. He was handling multiple and complex orders while answering customer inquiries — and doing it all with a smile.

I personally thanked him for his efficiency and impressive service, but what struck me the most was his humility — he told me, "I can’t take the credit alone, it’s all because of the team." That speaks volumes about the kind of leader he is.

I am writing to bring to your attention a very concerning experience I recently had at your location. I had specifically ordered a vegetarian wrap, and when I received my order, I double-checked with the server to confirm which wrap was vegetarian. The server even wrote on the wrapper indicating that it was a “Habanero Veggie” wrap. However, despite this, I was unfortunately served a chicken wrap instead.

I completely understand that mistakes can happen, but this was particularly upsetting for me because I follow a strict vegetarian diet due to religious reasons. This was the first time in my life that I accidentally consumed non-vegetarian food, which deeply hurt my religious sentiments.

I want to clarify that I am not seeking any disciplinary action against the staff member, but I do want to kindly request that more care and vigilance be taken in the preparation and labeling of vegetarian meals. For many customers, dietary choices are not only personal preferences but also matters of faith, health, or cultural importance.

This experience has shaken my trust in ordering vegetarian meals from Tim Hortons, and I truly hope steps can be taken to ensure this does not happen to other customers...
