On 14th of July 2020, Myself and my friend went to the store location in Niagara at 10:00 pm.
Front counter staff took the order and asked name for order. We mentioned order name, Staff asked us to wait outside the store, We understood that because of COVID-19 there were not more than 3 customers allowed inside. It was a small store front as well. We were under the impression that our name will be called out when the order was ready. We were waiting right in front of the door where the staffs could see us.
Approximately around 10:30 we went inside the store to check on our order update. The person found the order sitting behind the counter and gave it to us. We asked if the order was ready earlier why didn’t you inform as we were just waiting outside. The person called himself as ( Harshad patel ) Claimed himself to be manger of the store. Behaved so rude to us in mannerism and said you are supposed to check on the order update and its not our job. It was genuine question and there was no need to behave so rude to a customer over food.
We asked for refund of the order the person gave the money back and said “go away from the store “ “we don’t want you inside just get out” he repeatedly asked us to go away from the store. We asked for manager number or the franchise owner number he mentioned “I will not give anyone’s number do what ever you want and cant do anything to me”
I want to understand few things about this treatment we did not deserve,
How it becomes customer responsibility to check on the order when we were asked to wait outside with not more than 3 people allowed inside the store ? Is this the way to treat a customer who comes for food at one of your restaurants? we didn’t ask for free food we paid for it upfront along and waited for 30 minutes for this rude service amidst this pandemic. We demand a proper explanation of the behaviour of the staff ( Harshad Patel) you can review the cameras in the store or can check the order details as well. None of the staffs were wearing a mask as well. Kindly check your security cameras.

I ordered a grilled chicken parmesan crusted Papadia. The ingredients listed on their website is cheese, chicken, and onions. That’s it. I’m someone who does not eat beef or pork and haven’t included it in my diet for almost 9years now. When I ordered my Papadia I just started eating it. Didn’t think to check because I figured it would be fine. Shouldn’t have to check food to make sure they didn’t put something on it that you never even asked for or was listed on the ingredients list in the first place. Upon about 3-4 bites in I thought it tasted weird. I ordered he food pretty late (around 11pm) so I thought hey maybe it’s just me, I’ll put it in the fridge and check it tomorrow when I eat it for lunch. However, it still tasted weird the day after, only took one bite this time. When I opened it up I seen little pink things that would look like it resembles ham or bacon. I called the store multiple times, and management never reached back out. I had to personally go into the store and complain and even then it was still sort of dismissed. 9years of hard work all gonna because your pizza. Makers are not paying attention. This is ridiculous, what if someone was allergic to this stuff and they got it. Even though I’m not it’s still bad because. Like I said it’s been 9years and this store does not care. DON’T ORDER FORM THIS PAP JOHNS UNLESS YOU WANT A INCORRECT ORDER. Worst service I have ever got from a restaurant. I did get my money back but it’s beyond just getting my money back. This restaurant just through away years of heard work of not eating this stuff. It feels weird and again just don’t order from here. Go to Dominos, PizzaPizza or PizzaHur....
