Came in around 9 PM for a late dinner having finished an event earlier. There was a line, not too long, but after getting my order a huge line had formed, so it looks like this place gets pretty good business (being right next to union station and several stadiums and other hot tourist areas probably helps).

It's a big bright store with lots of seating. Washrooms were huge and accessible private rooms as well; you could probably hold a small party in there.

Ordered a bowl and while paying asked whether I could get free taco shell, and found out that I could indeed obtain taco shells for no extra cost. Ended up asking for 4 shells, two hard ones, two soft ones.

The food tasted alright. Pretty average, but you get quite a lot for what you're paying for. There was more than enough for 4 tacos, and could probably have made at least 8 or 12 but the line-up was too long and I didn't want to be that guy that interrupts everyone to get more taco shells.

Both taco shells were pretty good. Hard ones were nice and crispy, and soft ones had their appeal.

I'm looking at other photos and see pictures of two tacos in the box. I think we got the better deal getting a bowl with shells on the side, for a...

The worst experience. I’m bedridden and I ask my husband and child to go get me a kids meal at Chipotle.

My poor husband had no clue what he was ordering, so I sent him a list. Little did I know, the rudest lady in the whole world, decided to pick “Chipotle Manager” as her career.

My husband, who hasn’t slept in weeks, (as he is taking care of me) was met with the most inappropriate experience he has ever had.

ALL BECAUSE I ASKED HIM TO ASK THEM TO HEAT UP MY CHEESE INSIDE A QUESADILLA WRAP, after ordering the “kids build your own”.

I adore Chipotle, I always have the most wonderful experiences. Why on earth is such a horrible manager working at a busy downtown Chipotle? It’s beyond me.

Genuinely, thank you for always providing fresh delicious food.

Sarcastically, thank you for stressing the sweetest man in the world, in front of our 9 year old child.

Lastly, I remain livid and disappointed in the said elected manager. You have forever ruined the Chipotle experience. I am off to share this horrible experience to my friends, family, and social media (90k). So that they are not met with the same...

Taste: 4 Service: N/A Value: 5 Presentation: 3 Overall: 4

Hi and welcome to another episode of javing it with Javier. Let's see what we are javing today. I've never had Chipotle up until this year so I've decided to give it a try.

There are a few options you can try here including the plate and burrito, but I prefer getting the plate because I feel you get the most bang out of your buck. Then you get to pick your fave meat, carbs, and load it with veggies. I can genuinely say that for a fast food place, they serve pretty good food and I was decently surprised.

Wow do you get a lot of food for what you pay for. Not to mention that you can even create your own "hacked" burrito. Google it and you can create a burrito twice the size for the same price! That's enough food to last me for two meals!

Overall, this is a good place to pick up a quick meal and I plan to visit this location quite often considering it's a two minute walk from my work place. And that's it for today's episode of javing it with Javier. And remember...

My first issue with places to eat in Toronto is if it’s halal! And unfortunately Chipotle’s meat isn’t halal. But... their cheese and sour cream are halal! So yay! I checked these on their site if you need you can check too! :) We ordered a Vegetarian Bowl and a Kiddie Cheese Quesadilla. Chipotle reminded me of the Subway method is self serve. Like choose what you want and put it into your Bowl/Burrito. So the first choice is Brown or white rice, followed by brown or black beans. It then moves onto if you want veggies, Sour Cream, Guacamole. Ending your bowl with Salsa- bland, medium or spicy 🌶. I obviously got spicy for my indian taste buds. Add lettuce to the top and your sorted. One bowl is 9.80 dollars and is super filling. The spicy salsa still wasn’t spicy and felt a bit bland-ish for my tastebuds. The place is small, but it’s right on the main road! It’s next to a Starbucks so you can head out for some coffee after. Hahaha.

I went to this location today to get a quesadilla, which I’ve purchased on many occasions, and noticed the person who was making my quesadilla roll it into a square as if I had purchased a burrito. I questioned why it was being made like that and rolled into a square because I have purchased quesadillas from this location on many occasions and it has never looked like that, and 2 staff members stated that this is how they make quesadillas. I was confused but to avoid conflict I paid for my food and left but I am extremely unhappy with the service received today because this is not a quesadilla at all and if this is, I’m not understanding why there are inconsistencies in how the quesadillas are made because this is the first time I have ever received a quesadilla from chipotle that was made like this, and for the extremely small portion size I’m unsure why I was charged $15.54 for this.
