Danish pastries and coffee in the underground PATH area of union station. On weekday mornings you will find the windows of the store full of delicious fresh baked items. My favourite was the chokoladestang pastry which is filled with Belgian chocolate. The Viking slice was also great with Almond custard filling and flaky pastry. The chocolate roulade was also very moist with fresh cream inside. -1 star for the old lady at the counter who rolled her eyes when I asked for a slice of chokoladestang and had a general rude demeanour and tone. She also tried to convince me that the croissant was the same as the chokoladestang, just to avoid cutting it for me. Seems so trivial. The food was great so its a shame

Rumballs for the win! Dense, rhumy, soft yet chewy. My go-to treat here. This time around, I also tried their chocolate ceoissant - it was properly flaky and had a good enough amount of filling. This location is conveniently at union station. Prices are reasonable. Staff is pretty friendly.

Discovered this place by accident as I was running to the GO Train. Saw a line-up and decided to try it. Got a choco-croissant and knew I had to go back the next time I was in the area. On the second day, I got the raspberry jam-filled croissant, and an apple flakey thing. Both very good. I did not like the chocolate covered cone looking thing that just had marshmallow inside. Too sweet and nothing special. Will definitely go back and try their Viking Slice, custard pastries and pretty much everything else. The prices are very reasonable too. I can either spend $2-3 for a croissant elsewhere that's just "meh" or come here and get a really good one.

I absolutely love their products but customer service knocked off 2 stars for me. I went in the morning to purchase croissants as gifts in celebration of my friends engagement the night of and they said I can pick it up after work. Before i left I had told them not to use a plastic bag and wrap the box up as the croissants gets soggy ( it happened last time but didn't find out till I got home). The cashier had assured me that it will be crispy by the time I pick it up.

Excited to pick up my box of goodies, I saw them pull out the tied up box. I already knew that it was going down hill from there. I prayed that as I was going to poke it and it was soggy and stale. I told them that it was soggy and they gave me the attitude like oh well I kinda already know it would be soggy when putting them out. LIKE WHY WOULD YOU SELL IT OR EVEN OFFER THE SERVICE OF HOLDING ONTO THE BAKED GOODS?!?!

Obviously I cannot present these at the engagement party after hyping up these danishes. They offered 10%....what a joke I just asked for a refund because I was so upset. They even had to ask the manager if it's ok to refund. For a popular bakery you would think that they would offer to replace the baked goods or offer to replace it for free. Just a huge...

When is management going to FIRE OFF the impatient, disagreeable old lady (also reviewed by so many others on Google, across YEARS) who barks at customers with her catch phrase "NEXT IN LINE!!" as soon as we walk in, without giving us 0.2seconds to look at the pastries or even make up our minds (also there isn't usually any one else in line so that seems like a stupid thing to say, innit)? Is it really hard for her to greet customers, "good morning, let me know if you need help with anything" or to be...oh a touch cheerful? This location sometimes has had strange staff over the past few years, whether apathetic or downright rude. This year I made the unfortunate amnesiac decision of stopping in at the union location twice(!!) and was unpleasantly reminded how awful the customer service can be...on both occassions the same old lady was snarky and domineering, it leaves a bitter after taste to otherwise decent pastries. Clearly, this chain isn't worth my time and money for the guaranteed terrible service. Seems a shame to tank your business by keeping on deplorably rude...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this bakery, and I must say—everything about the experience was exceptional.

The food, from the fresh pastries to the delicious bread and perfectly brewed coffee, was outstanding. Each item tasted incredibly fresh and full of flavor, clearly made with care and quality ingredients.

But what truly sets this place apart is the people. Great businesses are built on great service, and this bakery exemplifies that principle perfectly.

The team—Ayla, Ullas, Nilu, and Haziem—are nothing short of superstars. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for each customer elevate the experience beyond just good food. I would not hesitate to hire any of them when I open my own business someday.

To the entire team: thank you for everything you do to make your customers feel welcome and appreciated. Your smiles and service make all the difference.

This is truly a wonderful place to enjoy top-quality pastries, coffee, and bread. Keep up the...
