Been to many different locations of Paramount foods, I thought of taking sometime now to give reviews as it's most needed.

By all means paramount foods is a good brand and they maintains standards. Sadly this location at Union station York concourse food court is BAD. Been here more than once and every time staff is consistently rude. Need good training to teach what "customer's first" is all about. In all occasions they are unprofessional. One can compromise with quality of food a bit but not the service. E.g. I asked to add more hot sauce and he add a very tiny pinch .... ! With sad attitude ! I can understand the frustration of being at the counter for long but it's not appropriate to communicate in other language between staff and deal impolite with customers at the sametime.

I wish they improve on their food item line up as well ... ! In a small box of swarma with a side of frise. I don't expect to have my box full with fries and chicken as side.

It's a busy location, but you must know timing and crowed frequency. Have staff rota to address long line-ups.

Higene is a must. No matter staff is to maintain long beards for a reason.
