Unfortunately, my experience did not look like all the good reviews in here. The pizza was lower than subpar quality, got the pesto chicken whatever which had like 4 or 5 dice sized cubed pieces of the worst chemical tasting chicken. The pesto sauce tasted like some kind of oil soup in the middle of the pizza which was not properly baked. And btw, the 10" was $12 and some change on the Uber app, which was not worth the price by a long shot. My suggestion - do yourself a favour get your pizza somewhere else. Reply to the message from the fast-food pizza store: Unfortunately, I will NOT be contacting anyone anywhere because the quality will probably not get better just due to one comment like mine. And, one more suggestion, please STOP asking people to contact some email address to waste their time for a pizza or two that has gone wrong, that's bad customer service. The restaurant should make sure nothing goes wrong with the food and if it does then they should find the solution for the customer not the other way around.

After noticing a BOGO deal that was quite good, I ordered two XL Sinister Pepperoni pies for myself and my parents, who were visiting from outside the province and tired from travel. This deal came at the right time and I decided to bulk it up with some drinks and some breadsticks. These pies are generously portioned and delicious! I'm thankful they were available for delivery on DoorDash straight to our hotel, since we were all tired from traveling and had a ferry to catch the next day. I've recommended this place to friends who frequently catch concerts and Canucks games in Vancouver as a great pizza spot. When I'm in Vancouver again, you better believe I'm reordering, especially with the great selection of pies listed on their menu! The only downside is you might have trouble deciding on which pizza you want!

Ordered 2 10” pizzas. 1 sinister pepperoni (double cheese and pepperoni) and I added jalapeños and mushrooms. Second pizza was a Hawaiian. Both are literally 8 inches wide, I measured because it looked obviously under sized. The sinister pepperoni had a barely about a third of the pepperoni as advertised and pictured, barely any cheese at all. The Hawaiian was as expected though. Both were ice cold. And this is not at fault of my delivery driver, it was picked up and delivered within 10 minutes of being ready. Pretty heavily disappointed. Next time I’ll go with the big chains for pizza because atleast you get what you’re paying for. (I also paid for 4 dips, which are extremely overpriced at $1.50 each compared to competitors. I only received 3.)

Had a free coupon for a slide out pizza… waited 5-10 minutes before the girl working finally put the phone down and took my order, upon ordering the girl told me I would have to place the order online which wasn’t stated on the coupon. She said they had just changed the policy in the last few days? After ordering the regretful meat lovers slide out, she asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes, which I was fine with. 40 minutes later I finally had the pizza, even though I reminded her after 20, and again 30 minutes that I was still waiting. She clearly just forgot to make it for over half an hour. After getting my order and eating the pizza it was the worst “pizza” I’ve ever had. Honestly disgusting it made me feel sick, not sure if something was wrong with the meat or cheese, but I will never be back to a hell crust establishment. Just horrible crust and pizza all together. Another typical junk wanna be pizza place. If it wasn’t free I would have demanded my money back. In the store was dirty, and the marketing was poor considering they said free slide outs and made me do some online ordering rubbish. Steer away from this place, it’s...
