I had a wonderful moment at this mini cycletruck coffee shop. I was quite surprised to find out the owner spoke really good english, so chatting was helpful. The coffee had an exquisite owners way. To be honest im tired of the standardised flavour offered everywhere. This guy serves a particular coffee and he has manage to develop his own preparation method, which when traveling keeps things interesting . I highly recommend it; when needing a stop and a recharge drink to keep touring around the hills of Valparaiso. Greetings...

We stumbled on this adorable antique coffee truck playing lovely music and with a barista who obviously knows good coffee. This was honestly the best coffee we had in all of Chile. We ordered a coconut latte and a mocha and a link to the Spotify playlist was on the cup. After we grabbed our coffees we wandered through the cobblestone neighborhood which was full of beautiful street art and unique shops and galleries. Such a lovely little coffee...

La ubicación del carrito y el hecho de que en tan poco espacio hayan podido instalar una máquina de espresso lo encuentro fenomenal. El concepto esta súper, pero el café no. Puede haber sido infortuita mi experiencia, pero el espresso doble que me sirvieron estaba sobre extraído, demasiado amargo. Algunas recomendaciones: nivelar la maquina, ya que dada la ubicación del carro en un plano inclinado un desnivel natural es inevitable.
