I recently had the pleasure of dining at EBENEEZERS, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing! The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was captivated by its inviting ambiance, featuring cozy seating and beautifully arranged decor.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome from the start. Our server took the time to explain the menu and recommend some of their best dishes, which I appreciated.

Can't deny that the kebab is delicious and the spicy level is actually slightly spicy. However the dine in service is horrible. 3 of us were there before anyone else and the waiter was initially quite attentive. However once a group of caucasion family went it, the waiter totally forgot our drinks. It became worst once the boss came in with his friends. They totally ignored us when we wanted to pay the bill. Our drinks didn't even come but it was in the bill. When the waiter presented to us the bill, he was in a rush to serve his boss. When we left and mentioned to the boss how horrible the service is, he didnt even attempt to say sorry. The waiter was apologetic enough tho which kind of save their service. Serving of food is big and tasty. I'm pretty disappointed that 'Halal' certified places in HK are allowed to sell alcohol. It sets a very akward and uncomfortable setting for muslims wanting to eat in a halal setting. Pricing is on the higher side.

Service was below average. Had to repeat my orders several time before the staff got it right. He even quoted the total price wrong and I had to correct him as he missed an order. Must be busy talking to other staff...
