The rice roll with beef was under cooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The $280 fried flat noodle was tasteless, undercooked (again!) and really not worth the price. The longevity lotus buns which people seem to rave about was also a disappointment except it was served fresh and really hot. Only thing we thought was good and worth the price was the Charsiu. Since we ordered a wide variety of dishes, I don’t remember all the names, but the restaurant’s signature whole roasted suckling pig(焼乳豬) was especially delicious, the skin was incredibly crispy. The portions are quite generous, so going with a big group is definitely the best way to enjoy a range of dishes.
