Spacious place with nice view. But sadly the compliments stop here. First off, the lady who looked after our table was rude to my friend in wheelchair. The rice roll with beef was under cooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen. The $280 fried flat noodle was tasteless, undercooked (again!) and really not worth the price. The longevity lotus buns which people seem to rave about was also a disappointment except it was served fresh and really hot. Only thing we thought was good and worth the price was the Charsiu. I was told by some friends afterwards that it’s a place you have to know the managers to get good food. If that’s the case then good luck to them on only relying on regulars. 🤷🏽‍♀️

We went with a large group of friends and their families. Since we ordered a wide variety of dishes, I don’t remember all the names, but the restaurant’s signature whole roasted suckling pig(焼乳豬) was especially delicious, the skin was incredibly crispy. The portions are quite generous, so going with a big group is definitely the best way to enjoy a range of dishes. It was a bit tricky to find the location using Google Maps, and we got lost at first, but the restaurant is actually on the 8th floor of the Renaissance Hotel. They accept American Express, which was convenient.

They truly excel at grilling! One of the best suckling pigs I’ve had in Hong Kong — ultra-crispy skin, tender meat, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend ordering: • Suckling pig (half portion is perfect for smaller groups) • BBQ pork – tender, flavorful, and perfectly grilled • Eel – crispy, rich, and full of umami • Pigeon – a must-try if you enjoy gamey flavors The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambience is refined yet welcoming. A truly standout dining experience — absolutely worth every dollar.
