Can’t believe it’s already been one year since we first stumbled upon @twoediotshongkong, a small burger place near our office in Wan Chai
On our second visit, we were pleased to see that they still kept the colorful wall art and zero service charge while we also appreciated the menu changes, such as the a la carte burgers instead of compulsory sets
[Travel with Ediots Burger] If you can’t make up your mind, these 2 mini burgers bring the best of both worlds: a classic beef burger with cheese and lettuce plus a flavorful BBQ burger with a huge onion ring (that is only served as part of this combo)
[French Kiss Burger] One of the new ‘special’ additions to the menu, this burger was absolutely delightful with a slice of rich buttery foie gras paired with sweet and sour black currant jam. The sweet potato fries were plump yet crispy on the outside, making it worth the combo upgrade of $25 (including drinks)
[Atomic Bomb Burger] This is quite literally the bomb - melted cheese oozing out from the juicy portobello mushroom with every bite. Remember to use the plastic gloves, especially as it might get a bit messy with the burger being a bit ‘tall’
[Ediots Burger] Just the bigger version of the classic beef burger mentioned above, complete with bacon and a signature tzatziki (cucumber yogurt) sauce!
[Shrimpy Salad] There were 6 kinds of classic Greek salads on the menu, each with a different topping. We got the grilled garlic shrimps that had a hint of truffle and went wonderfully with the other refreshing ingredients, including cucumbers, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes.
[Milkshake] Great news that they expanded the drinks menu to offer milkshakes and beer now! Out of the 3 flavors available, we chose vanilla and strawberry over chocolate. The sweet ice cream taste was quite prominent while the texture was smooth and not too thick.

Read moreWan Chai seems to be the area with the most burger restaurants in Hong Kong. This time I went to Two Ediots, which is located 2 mins from the MTR station.
Classic Greek Salad $52 Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onion, cucumber and feta cheese that was chopped into small bites. Fresh veggies served with olive oil on side.
Garlic Wings $38/4 pcs Pipping hot wings. Crispy skin with a thin batter and smooth texture of the meat. Nicely marinated.
Two Ediots Burger with Cheese Fries $84 Two pieces of handmade American beef patties with melting cheese. Love the thick cuts of tomato and raw onions that compromised the greasiness of the meat. The inner layer of the bun was toasted and slightly crispy. There was bacon with the cheese sauce on top of the thick fries.
Alcohol is a must-have section in a restaurant in Wan Chai! Two Ediots have several choices of bottled beer and wine. I ordered the not so common Czech beer Pilsner Urquell to enjoy with my burger.
Overall a satisfying meal. Freshly handmade burgers at affordable prices. Recommend it to those of you who need a booze and snacks...
Read moreExtremely crowded and understaffed during lunch hour.. 😅 I guess this is family business, granny needs to help too.. I can see they were trying hard to help, but it really took me quite a bit of time to wait for the seat and the food..
I chose this finding nemo (crispy fish burger with wasabi Mayo) as I saw lots ppl recommending this instead of the beef burger.. To be honest I was a little disappointed .. I think the batter of the crispy fish is a bit too thick, the fillet inside was quite tender though.. and I think I like tartar sauce more than wasabi Mayo for fish burgers.. the fries was not bad.. but I wish they could give me a bit more fries.. In terms of the price I think the quality is acceptable .. $63 for the burger , +$10 for frites and drink, pretty good value.. I can see why there is a hype .. But I guess I probably won’t revisit, I think there are other alternatives...
