The Trilogy — Restaurant in Hong Kong

Dishonesty with Hidden charge without prior notice. I don’t normally write review but ELLA really is exceptional. Upon booking with ELLA and agree with $200 credit hold. It is show in the confirmation page and email that a minimum $300 drinks are required ( but also we are only allow to stay for 1.5 hrs). since we were $60 short of the requirement, they then add an $200 “ entertainment fee” as a penalty charge for us. ( said amount is not included with service charge)

If there is a minimum charge and it’s not reach, surely one would only charge with the said minimum charge? But not with ELLA, they come up with a policy to charge MORE than the “MINIMUM CHARGE” , is that reasonable and fair?

More than that, not only did they not notified us this ENTERTAINMENT FEES in the email ( can see the screenshot below), they fail to mention in person upon arrival or even when they handed out the bill! they charged way more than they should and I think it is a really dishonest way to charge customers .I’m utterly disappointed and definitely not entertained, will...

Last Friday, I had a misunderstanding with a bouncer at Trilogy. He thought I was trying to bring my Coke into the club, but I explained I was just waiting outside for a friend to go smoke and had no intention of bringing the drink inside. The situation escalated unnecessarily. Today, I was enjoying my time at the club when two colleagues I invited arrived. I went outside to meet them, and the same bouncer brought up last week’s issue without provocation. I have a video recording of this encounter, during which he also put his hand on me. Ultimately, I asked him to retrieve my bag, and we left for another establishment. This behavior was highly unprofessional, and it cost Trilogy business for no justifiable reason. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wav Rooftop Bar, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience!

The stunning views of the city skyline combined with the chic and modern ambiance made for a perfect evening.

The staff at Wav Rooftop Bar truly made the night special. A big shoutout to Nawabi, who greeted us with a warm smile and ensured we were comfortable throughout the evening and also was our server, and their recommendations were spot on the cocktails were absolutely delicious!

Joseph at the bar crafted some of the best drinks we’ve ever had, and JP made sure our table was always clean and tidy.

The music added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere, and the overall vibe was just perfect for a relaxing night out.
