One of my favorite spots in Hong Kong, there are two sides to this place. The main entrance and the side entrance, which leads to a different lounge room. Both rooms are linked by a hallway, where the bathrooms are located. Both lounge rooms have different drink menus.

The main room is also a lounge before 10PM, at which point all the table stools and bar stools are removed to make space for dancing. There is rotation between lead singers with what appears to be the house band.

The only exception is Monday, which is jazz night. A little too smooth for me, heh and seats remain all night.

For the other six nights of the week, it's dancing at 10PM. There is also a cover charge of $200 on the premium nights after 10. When the band takes a break, a DJ pumps lively music in between sets to keep the party going.

I find that from 10 till 12, the crowd is mostly composed of Asian tourist and Hong Kongers and they leave with last MTR service around midnight. Around this time the crowd shifts to Westerners, who either live nearby or are unaffected by the MTR schedule.

only been there late night when all the creeps and freaks are out and omg they love ironfairies. The staff are super pretentious about their property but not their guest’s wellbeing. I found a girl on the side of the road, took her to iron fairies to reunite her with her boyfriend, she can hardly put one foot infront the other. Her boyfriend is equally, if not, worse than her. the boyfriend friend’s kept encouraging bad and creepy behavior infront of ironfairies staff and no one did anything. A couple of women had to step in. after me and my friends took the random girl we found to a safety of a hotel, we went back to ironfairies to find the rest of our friends, only to be met with the boyfriend at bar STILL ordering drinks while barely standing. On the two occasions I’ve been there, i’ve been harassed, grabbed and groped. Sure, that happens in night-out establishments, but I have NEVER been to a place where if I told the staff something is wrong, they do nothing (p.s im from Bangkok, partied every corners...

Last Thursday my wife and her friend went to Iron Fairies. It shouldn’t be relevant, but my wife is white and her friend is brown. At the door they are stopped and my wife is told she can go in but her friend cannot. They ask why and the doorman mumbles a little before claiming the brown lady is too drunk. Ironically my wife is the more intoxicated of the two, though neither are drunk. They are obviously flustered by the incident and ask to confirm, the doorman then claims it’s full, but again says that the less sober white patron can come inside, but not the more sober brown one, because it’s full, and she’s drunk he’s decided. The racism couldn’t be any more blatant if they had a sign up.

It saddens me that I’ve been here several times before and spent money in an establishment that would act like this. It’s nice inside, and the drinks are good albeit pricey, but I can’t in good conscience return to a place that has instructed its door staff to screen...

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Iron fairies. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is stylish and sophisticated, creating a perfect backdrop for a night of indulgence. The cocktail selection is truly outstanding. The mixologists are incredibly talented and creative, crafting drinks that are not only delicious but also works of art. Both 2 cocktail are unique combination of flavors that tantalize the taste buds and leave you wanting more. The service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They are always ready to answer questions and make recommendations based on your preferences. Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a novice, you'll feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this cocktail bar to anyone looking for a great night out. It's the perfect place to unwind, socialize, and enjoy some of the best cocktails in town. I can't wait to go back again soon!

Worst place I’ve been too anywhere in the world and not just in Hong Kong. Not sure why this place has such a high rating. Maybe it’s Stockholm Syndrome or something? Before 10pm it’s nice. It’s a good Instagram spot for a cool looking bar and the cocktails are ok. But at 10pm the heavies come out and tell you to stand up and they take all the chairs away and then barge into you and push you out of the way to move stuff and are incredibly rude. Considering how much money we’d spent by this point I find this incredibly disrespectful. Maybe this is normal for Hong Kong bars to treat people like crap? I’d much rather spend my money at Gyoza And, Richkat or Goose Island and get treated like a human being thank you. I don’t recommend this place at all if you intend to come here for more than an Instagram photoshoot before 10pm.
