Hiroshi moved from The One, another shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui. This brand is well known of Japanese ice cream parfait and dessert nice interior design and cutlery use, with 10% service charge Been told that minimum expenses $60/head, couldn’t see it written anywhere A small cake store near the footbridge with THE MIRA HOTEL.

(Vanilla cake roll) Eggy cake roll filled with fresh cream Served in nice cutlery

$30 dine-in/ $28 takeaway Milk: green tea flavour 6:4, green tea taste not too strong, with some ice flakes in the ice cream If dine in, it is $30 + 10% service charge 😅

(Green tea) hot water + green tea bag, waitress seldom come for refilling hot water Light taste with kick of bitterness at the back

(Japanese soft soufflé pancake with ice cream ) Super soft, but better described as “rare”, completely raw on the inside, still have eggy bubbles felt the quality of ingredients, but cooking skills...

Haven't been to Hiroshi in awhile, used to come here for their waffles and occasionally for lunch. Their food were never outstanding but still acceptable and it's a nice place to sit. But today 's food was very disappointing. I ordered the curry rice with hamburger steak. Even without the curry sauce the rice was wet ,mushy and firm at the same time, the sauce only made it more gunk like. The hamburger steak was dense with meat but yet it didn't taste or feel like a hamburger. It just felt like eating a piece of very thick , dense shoe sole. The curry sauce was the only thing that made it possible to swallow a feel mouthfuls. Come on people, you can do...

Jan 23: lunch with friends. There is family-friendly, baby stroller or wheelchair can come. We arrived at around 1:30pm (still not many Chinese visitors come today after “Open-gate” announced by the government, but should be more soon). Location is good. Place is clean. Service is good. Not crowded.

We ordered Lunch Set A & B. The sets are good. Rice is Japanese rice. Lunch set with a small hotpot is good. The egg come with the hotpot is from Japan.

The set with desserts, we chose milk ice cream and chocolate egg roll. The roll with creamy cream on it. You can also choose ice cream with cone or cup. Everything is good except the dumplings, the dumpling...
