I recently visited a restaurant from a Japanese brand, and there were so many food options available, truly high in variety. The environment was spacious, and I chose a sofa that cost over twenty thousand dollars, which was really comfortable. Sitting on the sofa while eating felt so relaxing, like being at home. The staff mentioned that after trying the sofas, you can purchase the same one outside! 👍

I ordered two special limited drinks. The first one was Wonderland. The top layer featured a refreshing and dense green tea with a light texture, not too strong, giving off a hint of fragrance. The bottom layer of coconut water was sweet but not overwhelming, and it was super refreshing, perfect for hot weather. It was so delicious; I highly recommend it!

The second drink was Floating Fantasy. This drink had a strong sense of layers. The top layer of cream was smooth and delicate, the middle layer had a fragrant coffee aroma, and the bottom layer of pineapple juice added a fresh fruity flavor. The three layers combined perfectly with a balance of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity. I highly recommend it for coffee lovers!

Next was the Spicy Sichuan Pepper Meat Sauce Corn Chips. This snack's spicy flavor was truly addictive, and there was a generous amount of meat sauce! The aroma of the meat sauce paired perfectly with the crunch of the corn chips, with a balanced sour and spicy taste—definitely a match made in heaven, making me eat one after another!

The Coffee Jelly Affogato was also a great dessert choice. The vanilla ice cream was rich and smooth, complemented by the Chinese dessert jelly, which had a silky texture. Combined with the impact of the coffee, it created a wonderful flavor pairing. Don’t miss it if you like coffee ice cream!

Finally, the Grilled Japanese Pork was 220 grams of tender meat, paired with sweet cinnamon apple bits, enhancing the richness of the pork. The grilled pumpkin was incredibly tasty, cooked just right, and the pumpkin's aroma blended well with the crunch of the French beans, creating multiple layers of texture.

The SIX CHEESE PIZZA is a dream for cheese lovers, with six different types of cheese interwoven together, rich yet not greasy. Drizzled with honey, this was my first time trying honey on pizza—sweet and savory combined, creating an extremely rich flavor that was truly...

Albeit a little bit slow at the start, they have addressed all my pet peeves with most modern day restaurants.

First of all the restaurants had plenty of free tables when we arrived at 7:30pm. The 2 of us were led to a 2 person table. To me they are a bit tiny and we usually order multiple plates. After ordering the starters, I asked to change to the 4 people table beside our's, and there was no fuss. Should have led us to a 4 people table when it is mostly vacant by 7:30pm when most restaurants here in HK has last order being before 9:30pm nowadays.

Continuing free flow of plain water. Yes, this is a must in my books, and I ordered a specical drink because of that, not because I was not given any water!

A change of plate after each course but they missed the change between one of the starters with wings (hence bones) and our first main course. They did change plate after that, and again before dessert.

Food are tasty. Strange menu in that there is +HKD$15 for the soup of the day or salad and bread, if ordered with Grill Pasta or Rice dishes yet there is no such item separately on the menu; plus, I ordered a burger, and I kind of wanting a soup but I couldn't be bothered to ask...

The venue is spacious, clean, and tidy.

Customers are quiet.

Will going again soon as they didn't have beef burger and we opt for fish burger instead. Which, incidentally, should have been made as Fish and Chips instead as the bun didn't add much...

So sorry I really don’t want to give a review but this is the first time I got injured by dining at a restaurant. your burger is really bad… in fact the worst mushroom burger I have every had in my life. First the outer layer of the mushroom patty are supposed to be crispy but yours are rock solid and super thick around 0.8cm, at first bite I thought I broke my teeth and totally didn’t bite through it. Then the chef put some kind of high viscosity sauces within the crunchy layer of the mushroom patty. When customer bite the burger then the sauces will spill out and at super high temperature due to the high viscosity it can easily burn the lip and skin. first time ever in my life got blister on my lip by eating something. I hope the chef can really tasty the food before making it into a dish. Make something edible but not simply mix the food and call it fusion. Simply disappointment. I understand this is a festival season and the restaurant supposed to close at 10pm, we went there at 8.45pm and ady informed by the waitress that this is last order and we were fine about it. but one of the waitress shows unpleasant face and said omg in impatient way. We quickly finish the food and left the place. I supposed the shop manager or owner should really take into consideration on improving the mushroom burger and have the staff to be more polite.hope to...

HOW.....to live well? There is a living concept restaruant located on 2/F of K11 in TST, The restaurant is so spaceful with wood decoration as the main theme. The seats in the restaruant are equipped with Japanese furniture. A little market outside the restaurant selling Japanese-made furniture, hardicrafts and daily necessities. Fettuccine with Tiger Prawn and Crab Meat in Green Curry Paste $178 Large Tiger Prawn! The meat was so nice. The Fettuccine was springy enough with green curry sauce. The green curry sauce was slightly spicy with eggplant and cherry tomatoes. Japanese-Style Sakura Shrimps Egg Roll $98 Healing Japanese tamagoyaki! The size was large and lots of cheese inside it. If cut it immediately, it should be stringy~ Mushroom, Spinach and Chicken Breast Salad $88 This salad was comfortable as the spinash were so fresh with salad vinegar. Sour and sweet together was so funny! Ginger Bread Latte $48 I thought this was so sweet but the sweetness was accpetable. Shakerato $68 (Double Espresso Shake with Coconut Jelly, Lychee Syrup, Ice Cubes) Rich Expresso taste.
