I left my 5 star review of one year ago below for comparisons as todays visit was my last. We have been back numerous times to this restaurant and loved it. Now ownership, management, music, food presentation and recipes have changed and both taste and ingredients lost all authenticity. What was previously delicious is now Mediocre at Best! They literally ruined everything that made this place special. Such a Shame
Previous review: This is authentic delicious Lebanese food, set in a beautifully decorated space and with a wonderful team giving brilliant service. I feel transported to Lebanon and truly love it. Some highlights are the Chicken Shish Tawook, Lebanese style chicken role, the grilled Halloumi Cheese and for dessert the Lebanese French toast with brioche. The dishes are well Seasoned, healthy and fresh. This is the only Lebanese restaurant in Kowloon and I am so grateful...
Read moreIt was our first time dining here and the experience was super pleasant. The decor were super pretty, food were delicious and light - this is to say we had 3 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts! We had an off the menu Lamb Shoulder that the staff took their time to debone for us and it was super soft! We were grateful for the time they took to explain the food on the menu as we have not heard of some of the food before... We will definitely come back to try the other food and not to mention, the drinks were also super nice! We had the bar seats and noticed how pretty the teapots were... I may just order tea next time just for the aesthetics! Hahaha ☺️ From the bartender, floor staff, manager and kitchen staff, we received great smiles from all of them... It felt really homey and we were thankful for the overall experience. Must visit! P.S the grilled octopus was my...

An ode to one of Beirut’s most picturesque streets, Rue du Liban lives up to its name with chic sidewalk cafe style decor, down to earth authentic Lebanese food that was nothing short of amazing and Middle Eastern belly dancing to top it off. Dishes on the must order list: The wonderfully spiced kibbeh, the lamb shank that just melts off the bone, mixed grill platter of chicken, lamb and beef, street food style sambosek with choices of spinach, lamb and cheese that was so good you’d order a pack to take home. Packs up pretty quickly for the weekend evenings so booking ahead...
