This place is not how it looks on the internet. me and my friend went there because I checked their ig and it looked super bomb but idk if our booking was for 9:30 they rushed literally everything.

All the food was out in like under 7 minutes which is absolutely impossible and no effort. This scones thing on the picture was soggy we ordered ribs with mashed potatoes the mashed potatoes tasted like apple juice thin and watery. Ribs were so cold we didn’t even bother to ask them to reheat. Especially the filipino girl on the floor staff told us they close at 11 and she just bring the bill at 10:30pm.

I do understand the feeling of wanting to go home because I work in F&B also but rushing customers and chasing them away is definitely not how you do it. The staff name was ivy or something the filipino lady no hospitality at all. She even took wrong orders and the last dish she told us had a very unfamiliar name so we double check with her and it was not the one we ordered.

Not a thank you coming out from her mouth. Never in my whole life I’ve been to a restaurant with this bad food...

I have been there few times now. Decided to bring some of my business meetings there. Normally on a late lunch coz I don’t like it when too crowded. Generally, food is ok, decoration is ok… but the staff, gosh! The first time, the receptionist (big fat lady) was screaming at almost everyone. The second time, another lady and bald guys was screaming like the whole place is their cheap neighbourhood, the only one that made me stay was the blonde hair server (mgt should keep her and if trained, she’ll be better than anyone there), the next time I was there, bald guy staff was banging everything like there’s a fight going on. Mgt should train them to be finessed and not acting cheap, or get rid of them… it kinda ruin the atmosphere and the whole experience. Will try to be back, see if...
