Bánh mì ba — Restaurant in Prague

I am a vegetarian and ordered a dish that did not mention any meat. When the dish arrived I saw turkey and asked the staff for a replacement. They made the dish again, supposedly without the turkey, but after I ate most of the dish i saw more turkey floating around. When I went to the staff again, they dismissed me, said it is not a lot and it's fine. Then the lady got mad because the name of the dish in Vietnamese includes tukey, but there was no place in English to mention that. First time here, and unfortunately my last time. I took the shrimp bowl and I'm sorry to say, but I don't remember the last time I was so disappointed by a lunch. The prawns were half cooked, more soft and flavorless, veggies ok, rice didn't even taste like rice but just like a white filler and too spicy, a spice that overwhelmed everything else. I hope they were just having a bad day, as this place is always packed, I hope all of they're costumers are not with out taste buds. Today we came here for a quick lunch, after we visited another location yesterday. This location has better deals, is smaller but way less crowded. We had a banh mi with wakame and pho ga, everything was delicious but some beansprouts were a bit old, which is a pity given the high quality of food served there. Price-wise very fair, and they have some interesting items I will want to check out soon (rice bowls). Overall a delicious, kinda healthy option if you crave some Vietnamese food. Staff was friendly.
